“The pizza was ammmmmazing! The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. They were out of an item that I wanted to order, so they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and substituted a lot more than they had to. “I'm not completely sure what happened at this location over the last several months, but from what I can tell The quality of the food and the service have both improved greatly. It was about three weeks ago that I had lunch there at around 11 AM on a Tuesday. I had ordered KFC and had a three piece with a side of macaroni and cheese and coleslaw. For the first time in a long time, it took me less than seven minutes in the drive-through even with someone ahead of me. They were polite, the chicken was juicy, the skin wasn't dry, and the mac & cheese wasn't dried out and burnt. Even the coleslaw was fresh tasting. I decided that it might be a fluke, so I went back about two weeks later. This time it was around 3 o'clock in the afternoon and I getting out of work. Again, three people in line, spent around six minutes waiting but the food was of excellent quality. Again I had purchased a three-piece but I had gotten mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw. The chicken again, was fresh and juicy. Cole slaw was just as fresh tasting, and the mashed potatoes and gravy were smooth and it didn't taste like they were sitting in a warmer all day. Most recently was this evening. I had ordered a five piece crispy strips with two biscuits and some macaroni and cheese. The time was around 8 PM and I figured it was later in the day and maybe they went back to their old ways and let the food sit out and dry out. Not the case. The chicken tenders were still juicy and crispy, they were not dry and the biscuits were still just as fluffy. I'm actually of the opinion that this place has finally started getting its act together. Theyre trying to serve decent quality food before people end up out of a job. I suggest giving them a try again.“
“As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a friendly hello. This was our first time at a Dickeys, they were so helpful on what to order. Kitchen and dinning area very clean and our food was made to order as we stood there. Pulled pork, BBQ chicken and brisket were delicious and french-fries are made fresh every day so good.Dining area has large windows to look out at beautiful view of pond with picnic tables outback. Very relaxing .We will definitely be going back“
“Ordered through Doordash at 10PM on Christmas evening! What a lifesaver. Dark meat chicken is so good. Lightly breaded (if any breading at all). The skin is very crispy and tasty. Ate it with pickled jalapeno and fried pickles. Reasonable price.“
“So I'd like to start off with that placing the order to this store was a little difficult. I understand English isn't everyone's first language but I did try to be patient with them and the order taker seemed to be nice and polite whenever I'd ask to repeat what she said. I appreciate that because it's hard with some accents. But I got everything I wanted and when I came to pick up my order I had a ridiculous request and it was just to out extra sauce in the bowl of wings. She immediately dropped what she was doing and took care of it. She got me the extra sauce cups too. April was her name and she did a fantastic job with my order. She gave me two seperate bags too. Usually it's just in one so awesome. I appreciate your time and energy in what you do April. Thank you so much.“
“The Slices-N-Stix are listed on a sign as Hot-N-Ready between 4-8 but they are not. I am OK with the ~6min wait to get it fresher and am totally for less waste. Now if they could just get people to stop parking in the front "No-Parking" zone.Parking: Plenty of parking but people can't seem to be bothered and park in front blocking the access lane. This seems to be a problem at a lot of Little Caesers though.“
“Even a Karen would be satisfied with this pizza place!Both Take out and delivery are speedy and arrive hot. Excellent customer service. After 2 years of ordering from here they have made 0 mistakes with my orders.A bit on the pricier side if you don't go with specials, but freebies with the point system help out.“
“You better make sure you get your pizza because they sure won't... You will get a call halfway home with the wrong pizza.. Then if you would like the Convenience of just picking app a pizza in ordering it. Forget it.. It will never be ready and time.. They literally will not make the pizza for you unless you sit in your car... They acted like a couple of dirt bag crack heads!!@never again.. unless you have the time to watch them make the pizza..“
