Yet to try this place but have heard good things! The cocktails were great and lots of unique options. We have a country fried chicken which the chicken was crunchy and gravy was delicious. Cornbread is a bit bland for me and mash too. My friend chicken sando was also great! The service was great and quick. Forgot to add the crab cakes were divine! Highly recommend that but I'll be back to try different items!

We were in for the first time. Food and service were excellent!! Menu has a southern flair. Ordered the 16oz bone-in Ribeye, w/ smashed potatoes and collard greens made with pork belly. Yum!! If you are a connoisseur of fine bourbon, you won't be disappointed. The selection is phenomenal!! Thought I died and went to Kentucky, lol. Keep up the good work, Charlie and staff!!

We went here for my birthday (3/20) for the 3rd time. We checked in at 6:15pm with the hostess, who gave us a 25-minute wait time for our party of 5. After 35 minutes we were still waiting so I inquired about the wait. The hostess stated there was 1 other large party ahead of us. This was not disclosed to me when I checked us in. Since we had already waited so long, we continued to wait. After 1 hour & 10 minutes we finally got our table. The server took or drinks. I ordered a $25 2 oz pour of Michter's 10 yr old. When I took a sip, it did not taste right, so I asked the server to bring the bottle that my drink came from. The waiter took my drink back to the bar. A couple minutes later, one of the bartenders came over with a bottle of Michter's 10 & said my drink came from that bottle. My husband noticed the bottle was still full. A 2 oz pour isn't much, but I've drank enough bourbon to know a neck pour would have a slight difference in taste. However, what I tasted was definitely off & I am sure the bottle brought to the table was not what was poured for me. A 2oz pour of Michter's 10 would have cleared the shoulders of the bottle. So I have a couple of tips for the owner- 1) Please have the hostess mention the number of parties ahead of the party checking in. 2- have the bartenders pour rare bourbons at the table to dispell any doubts. Plus, this service adds a special touch. 3) If there are other rare bourbons, whiskey, or scotch you would like to serve and can't get your hands on, let me know. We might have it in our collection. I hope to visit again because I like the food & this is the only place I know that has Michter's 10. But I'll probably come alone since the rest of my party was not happy about the long wait.

Charlie’s Still on Main is absolutely the best! The food is fabulous, top notch Bourbon, lively entertainment and terrific people running the restaurant. Our family enjoys the warm, friendly, fun, southern dining atmosphere located in a quaint northern town . This is not only the best restaurant in Milford, but probably the best in Michigan and beyond !EDIT since Google won’t let me add another review… went to Charlie’s last night for St Patrick’s Day. My friend had the corned beef and said it was the best she had every had! I had the apple salad and added shrimp and chicken…. It was ABSOLUTELY delicious!!! The chicken was so tender and juicy and the shrimp was very flavorful. This is still the BEST restaurant!!!

We sat at the bar and had the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich and sesoned fries, which were both very good. The sandwich definitely has some kick to it but a good flavor versus just hot. Bartenders were great, friendly, and on top of making sure you had everything you needed, despite how busy they were serving behind the bar.

Took mom here for a late lunch Saturday. Ambience/Vibe pretty cool. Huge quantities and good flavors. Still Burger, with egg and brussel sprout salad - one with wall eye added, and one with chicken added for our party of 3.Burger was delicious, if a hot mess to eat - I ended up pulling the pork belly slide off cause it was too thick, and I never finish the fries, but mom took them home to reheat in her air fryer. 2 very minor quibbles - even with the pocket doors closed it was a bit chilly in side, and the downside of the architecture/vibe/bar atmosphere is that it was pretty noisy. (honestly to be expected, but worth noting for others that might not think about it)Parking: it's a crowded downtown Milford location. adjacent lot was full, parked lower level behind and walked the dirt path up along the side.
