Amazing intimate location pretty much in the middle of nowhere. Worth the drive wherever your coming from. The immediate area has very little to offer however this restaurant really hits the spot. Fine dining, great food, pleasant waitstaff, i will be back again soon.

We had reservations for 5pm for a party of 9. We finally got our food at 7pm. I came here for the lasagna. After I ordered, the waitress said they were out and we needed to chose something else because the lasagna would take an hour to bake. After sitting at the table for so long, I thought I was going to get the lasagna since I waited 2 hours for my meal. When my food did finally come (walleye) it was cold and had plenty of bones. I hope the bone I couldn't cough out will come out peacefully and not cause any issues. Will not be back.

My veal was so improperly cooked. Looked pre restaurant cut, not pounded or put through any dredging process.Tough as nails. Never had veal prepared this way. Buddy’s piccata was same, sauce was bad. Too bad, was hoping for much better. Server overwhelmed in her section.

When I arrived we sat down at a table, we noticed it was a morning rush so we patiently waited for while. 15 Mims went by and we got told it would be a while, we get that, but we got no menus no waters and no hello. We left and went to the light house in Roger city and ate with in 5 mins of sitting down . So there's that.

Food was DELICIOUS! The environment was very warm and relaxing. Staff was friendly and attentive. Our beach week is over tomorrow, and I wish we had stopped here sooner. I wanted to try everything. :)

This place is a gem!!! Delicious food with a varied menu. The portions are generous. The garlic bread with the roasted garlic bulb is to die for!! The wait staff are friendly and work hard to please.

What a GEM in the middle of nowhere. The restaurant is nice inside, I felt underdressed in my comfy tourist clothes, but we were treated so nicely by the staff and the food was so delicious that I soon forgot about that. Our dishes were EXCELLENT, amd featured amazing chese that was baked on to perfection! Great bread too ?? ...and dont forget to do dessert here either-totally worth the calories. We will be making Rosa's part of our Back-From-Mackinaw experience for sure.

The food was pretty good. Nothing amazing, but I wasn't disappointed. Large portions. The decor is a but outdated, but fits with the area. The staff were very kind!

This restaurant is a great little Jim for a small place in northern Michigan. It has a really large Italian food menu. Portions are large. Well worth the trip just 15 minutes drive North of Rodger City on u.s. 23. If you go be sure to request to be seated in Michele's section. She's really the greatest server there, and you will not be disappointed!Kid-friendliness: Be sure to leave the little ones at home. No one wants to see or hear how poorly disciplined your children are and how lousy your parenting skills are. If you can afford to eat here, you can afford a babysitter. Or maybe you prefer to have an air horn held to your ear? Now you know how we feel.

A gem in the middle of nowhere (between Rogers City and Cheboygan on US 23). GREAT server Michelle took good care of us. We arrived on Friday night at about. 5:15 and the place was nearly empty but by the time we left after 7pm, they were waiting outside. Although there was a wait for our meals, you won't be disappointed with the quality or quantity. See the photos, HUGE portions, we all took some home.
