First time I did door dash , ordered jalapeño bites with bronco berry sauce, which always comes with it. And roast beef sandwich with horsey sauce. Did not get the berry sauce or horsey sause. The jalapeño bites are not good without the sauce. 2nd time my husband went to pick up a roast beef sandwich and jalapeño bites. The bites are suppose to get the berry sauce without asking for it. Very disappointed

I came here on April 3rd for a wrap, and when I received it and got home, I realized the tortilla was stale, the chicken was disgusting and hard; I could barely chew it all together without my jaw hurting. I'm eight months pregnant and could have gotten sick if I had continued to eat the wrap I got from here. Don't get wraps from here; they are NOT fresh. Stick to the roast beef.

I placed an order from the Arby’s on telegraph thru door dash. I only ever order the same thing, ( The French dip and Swiss ) medium with an apple turnover. When my food was deliveredThe major item with this combo was MISSING!!!somehow the employees forgot to give me the French dipping sauce, and I received a cookie instead of the turnover also there was no napkins in my sealed bag. I called the store to see if there happened to be a French dipping sauce just sitting out, then I asked why I didn’t get my turnover, then guy said they were over sold, I had to go up to the store just to get the sauce, the employees were not apologetic and I waited at the window for at least 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Worst customer service I’ve had in a while.

Arby's as a rule is generally perty good. This one, however, needs some training in time management and customer service. It appeared that they were overwhelmed by the drive up window and sacrificed serving inside customers. There also was contention between employees who argued about how orders were put together and delevered to the cystomer. This could have been a bad day for this location, but if someone else has had similar experiences, then I would shy away from this one IMHO
I walked in the building to pick up an order I placed myself in the app. As soon as I walk in two ladies just kind of glare at me. Not a hello, not one can I help you. A couple minutes later, they gave me my food and I said thank you. The lady that handed it to me was silent. I don’t expect a red carpet when I walk in the door, but at least say something to me.

Waited in like for 20 minutes just to be told they were only doing Doordash orders. Then had to wait in line another 20 minutes due to being trapped in the drive thru. I get being short staffed, but close the drive thru down then to let people know.
Not the first tome last week they were closed as well they suck so bad they had 7 or more ppl working and they close the inside while the management should be fired they all are dumb ! Dont waste your money or time here they are never open inside anymore why even have a building they suck they are slow and very rude. Upon entering the establishment - the floors and tables were dirty - floors looked like they haven't been swept in a few days - there was no heat in the restroom as it was icy cold in there - the faucet was unusable since it was not bolted in place - the ceiling panels in the men's room were open exposing the pipes inside - had to wet napkins from other bathroom to clean my table and bench before sitting down - the temperature of my meal was unsatisfactory and the only part of that was hot were the fresh curly fries which I asked for - will NOT be coming back to this establishment - they have lost my business - top of the food chain as the sign says - not even close to the top - more like the basement

6:30 in the evening and all doors were locked. People were in ordering food so one of them unlocked the door for me. After waiting 10 minutes I asked how come doors were locked and was told they were shutting down the lobby because they were short staffed (7 workers that I saw) and we're just doing drive thru and door dash (I had to unlock door for them), told the guy to put up a sign on door, was ignored. Was in there half hour finally 3 of us left. Very poor management and decisions.

Closes at 12am.” only to be devastated by the man at the speaker telling me they were closed.Please, Google, talk to Arby’s. Or Arby’s, talk to Google.
