I shoot on a pool league where sometimes we have to shoot against Beeks Bars team. My team and myself have had so many horrible experiences with the barmaid there the last season that we were pretty excited when we showed up last night and found out there was going to be a new bartender serving us Monday nights when it was time to shoot there. We learned quickly that She wasn't much different from last year's bartender. We had to go outside to find her every time we needed a drink or to order some food. I think this is absolutely ridiculous, but at least she seemed happy to wait on us once we found her. Whereas last year's bartender just seemed always annoyed with us interrupting her meals while she never moved from the end of the bar. Towards the end of the night when we were finishing up our games, my dad told me that the bartender would not give him his 1 free drink that all players get with the league. She claimed that she already gave it to him. I passed that off as just a mix-up. Then a friend on our team received her bill with one extra drink on it. When she told the bartender that she didn't have that many drinks, the bartender began to argue with her. Then when I received my bill that had four extra drinks on it, I realized that she was just trying to pull one over on us. I approached her and explained that it only had three drinks all night and with one being free my bill should only have two drinks on it. She was instantly annoyed and told me I was wrong that I had ordered all those drinks. I'll tell you if I had seven vodka drinks within the 3 hours that I was there I would have been hugging the toilet. Bartender then stomped off and came back and told me that she was just going to charge me for four drinks. I told her I was only going to pay for the two drinks and my grinder and no other extra drinks. In the meantime, the rest of our group cashed out and walked to the car. That's when my daughter told me that the bartender added one of my drinks to her bill so she paid for an extra drink as well. So I went back in and confronted her which just made her angry and she told me I was a thief and a liar. The only thief there is the bartender. If you decide to go and Rachel's your server, you better check your bill twice! You'd be better off paying as you go. This is a one-star review only because I can't do zero stars!

I walked into this one horse town to find a young lady placed there by circumstances beyond her control. I asked for superman shots for women I had accompanied. The bartender didn't have the shots I asked for. She free handed the shots.. There was no respect for the ingredients she went on to pour a faulty brew of cough syrup garbage. She poured a Concoction that made most of my female friend's gag.

Ordered: Firecracker chicken(eggrolls). Received: dollar store spring rolls. No joke. The menu said there was chicken. Peppers. Etc... in a. Egg roll. Not only where there zero peppers. There were carrots(which they maybe thought were peppers?) Carrots weren't mentioned on menu. And there was nothing firecracker about these. They were 4 small chicken egg rolls. Period. No sauce came with it. Nothing over top of them. NINE dollars.Next item. The taco salad. Honestly it wasn't bad. Probably pretty good if you've knocked back a few drinks. But it's very plain. Meat. Refried beans. lettuce. Tomatoes cheese. And the shell. Doesn't seem like there is any seasoning. No special sauce except for sour cream. It's the basic taco Salad we all enjoy every now and then.Jalapeño poppers are jalapeño poppers. (Cheddar style). Decent.Last time I was here my girl and I had a grinder and the taco platter. They were both pretty plain too. Although not bad.Staff was friendly.Environment seemed Clean.Plenty of arcade games to choose from.Looks like a real fun place to get hammered at night. But don't come here to just eat.

Was in Monroe for work and went to beeks, senor cactus, and 129 and ended up staying at 129. The two woman who worked that weekend were very nice and bubbly people. Tia was very attentive and on it with service. Beth was very sweet and made awesome drinks! Definitely will be back to see them.

Best bar in Monroe. Pool tables, arcade games and strong drinks. Stopped in for a few drinks for cinco de mayo and Ashley the bartender gave the best service, things are lookin up here and I’ll be back for sure

Why is it that when last call is called I have to sit for 30 min trying to close my tab and get one last simple drink and all of a sudden it's my fault I have to cash out. Honestly the worst bar in monroe.

This bar is pretty cool, they have pool tables, darts, pinball and other games. The atmosphere is inviting and they play great music here too

Horrible bar tender. She is rude none inventive. Just sits on her phone and doesn't care about her coustomers. Bar it's self is ok but the staff is absolutely horrible.

I asked for the food to be brought without mayonnaise or cheese, but it still did come with a little bit, as though it had been there originally and then removed.

THEY CHARGED FOR A PLASTIC CUP WITH SO CALLED PEPSI BUT THE MACHINE DID NOT DISPENCE PEPSI FLUID. WHEN ASKING FEMALE BARRENDER. SHE SAID MACHINE WAS OUT OF SYRUP BUT CONTINUED TO SEEL THE PRODUCT WITH NO SYRUP. SHE WAS NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL.

Nice spot…food smells delicious…barmaid NEEDS to lose her phone. Not interested in the patrons as much as her phone

I was taken by surprise when I walked in, what I was expecting from the Curb Appeal wasn't what I walked into. It's a nice Bar. The Bartender was super Cool and chatted a bit while taking care of business about the House. She was spot on. There is a small flight of stairs between the Bar and the Restrooms. I liked it, unique. I was the only one there but they just opened on a Thursday. Don't let the Front discourage you, I thought about going in here for a year before I did, since McGeady's is no more this may become my occasional stop when I'm visiting Monroe for Holidays..
