On the positive side, the service and atmosphere are consistently excellent. The servers are kind and efficient, the store is attractive and clean, and the everything bagel with cream cheese was above any other option in town.Unfortunately the coffee is consistently terrible. I've tried numerous lattes in numerous flavors, but it's hard to be excited about the variety when you can't taste any of them over the taste of burned stale coffee. I'm not even confident that there's espresso in them, tastes unmistakably of standard brewed coffee

i never do reviews but the cashier ringing me up was very passive in her attitude. I also orderes to bigby blast green apple and a blood orange. my green apple barely had any coloring to it. it tasted like the seltzer water. first time coming and last time too

I "used" to get a Carmel Marvel with at times extra shot of espresso which is expensive and at the time to I got my LAST beverage there there was ALWAYS whole milk I find that skim/low fat to me is nasty,if I'm going all out on a unhealthy expensive sometimes 6-$7 for a large beverage I WANT WHOLE MILK!!! other than that I never experienced issues with the workers and they seem to operate within parameters,but the owner of the franchise should be at the counter for once,I almost every morning used to come in at opening..Instead let's get the 17yr old to open,I find that sad and pathetic,maybee I'll come in to see if whole milk is being served, the Carmel Marvel be pushing $10 by then!!!

Fast and friendly. I hated being "that guy" but I walked in early on a Sunday morning as soon as they opened with a fairly large order. The barista had everything prepped and ready and she filled my order quickly and correctly. Top notch all the way!
