Went there to get some wings and watch the game and had to put up with some drunken fool kicking chairs over , jumped on bar , screaming the whole time , obnoxious , even knocking other peoples drink over and can’t believe management did nothing. This is not the bar, it’s bww where families are eating. It was so obnoxious and ruined the whole time . Come on!!

BW3 is always our go-to restaurant when we are far from home. We can eat, watch sports, and have a few drinks while we are at it. Not all BW3s taste the same. This location was savy, plenty of space, and very nice staff. Our food was hot and delicious. There were no feathers on the chicken wings (like the BW3 on 256 in Columbus ohio!!) at least this location plucks the chicken before frying it!! This location also had so many different sauces for sale, flavors that I have never seen in Ohio. Kudos Buffalo Wild Wings!!

Stopped in there today April 8th, thought I would sit at the bar .The bar barmaid was more concerned with her customers(coworkers) I just ordered two beers some fried pickles, smallest order of fried pickles I've ever seen for $10.. crappy, but the barmaid did not give two fist full about me, sitting there firting w/a couple co-workers stole her phone noless. That's all she cared about. The sad thing was when I left at 8:15 I noticed the whole establishment had already turned off their lights. I probably would have stayed for a couple more beers, but I got the feeling that the employees didn't want me there. When I saw the lights off outside well before 8:30 I realized they were trying to kick us out, so if a co-worker did steal her phone shame on her, and if the chef's thought that order of fried pickles for $10 was adequate shame on them..D o not choose this establishment. Go elsewhere the portion suck, the employees are subpar.... 2 thumbs down.

Our wrestling team held a fundraiser here on a Monday... there were 2 waitresses running the entire floor... I'm sorry that is completely unacceptable when we are driving business to your establishment to gain 20% for a family in distress... despite the 2 hour wait to get food, everything was cold! My fries were not even close to warm and my cheese curd burger was dry.. overall disappointing when we have such limited restaurants options in Monroe however in the future we will drive business to other establishments for fundraising.Our waitress and the bartender did the very best they could given how busy it was and trying to take care of orders and beverages of people who have been waiting much too long! Do better!

We were dining in here yesterday. Asked waitress to let the cook know not to overcook the original wings, as this happened to us many timed before - she turned her head around like she didn’t hear it. We got the wings, completely overcooked, dry and hard. Fries were cold. We also ordered Hatch Queso. I ordered this many times before, this time the bowl with dip was only a quarter filled. I asked the waitress what happened with it, if they ran out of it?? She told me they changed the portions and that‘s how much you get now. It barely covered the bottom of the little paper bowl and was empty after dipping 1/4 of the chips. We are not coming back here
