My food was good. I had the mostaccioli. My sauce was a little thin, almost runny. Made me wonder if it had came pre frozen. But everything else was hot and my order was correct. I will order again. I love the fact it was ready on time. Especially during dinner rush on a Friday evening.Parking: They have a small parking lot. They also only have 1 entrance/exit. It can be a tight squeeze during busy time.

Wanted to order for pickup on a Monday night at around 6 pm. Online ordering switched off, Google says they're open but when I call they didn't answer. If I were a business owner, I wouldn't turn down business on a busy Monday night!I know they were open because I was coming home and drove past!

There's supposed to be open till 8pm Sunday's. Every time I call after 7:00 they won't take your order. I called one time at 7:00 to see what time they were taking carry out orders till they told me 7:45, when I called back to order at 7:20 they told me they weren't taking orders anymore I spoke to the manager she said that whoever told me that was new. They're lazy they don't want to work so they close early whenever they feel like it.

i thought this place was Definitely the best pizza i’ve had in monroe so far but from what just happened yesterday i don’t think i’ll ever come back. First off the place is ran by kids that take nothing seriously at all and don’t know how to talk to people. i somehow accidentally ordered the same order twice on their website because of some glitch so i had to refresh the page but it ended up placing the same order twice and paying for it with my card, they cancelled the extra one but said they couldn’t refund me that day because their boss isn’t there and won’t be until the next day. Never had a place do that ever and i still haven’t had my refund at all or a call. go somewhere else for your pizza not worth the hassle. you might even get unlucky and get the super floppy too much grease type pizza but most of the time it’s good but not very consistent i’d say they don’t try at all lol.

Grabbed a steak sub from here. Not bad, not great. Waited about 15-20 minutes for the food, but the folks working there were super polite.I would try it again but definitely grab a different sub.

Ordered a pizza with bacon. Get home and it’s banana peppers. Everything was right on my receipt the pizza was just wrong. I call to get a replacement and the ‘manager’ goes oh we’re closed sorry. They closed at 10 it was 9:50 I had just driven home from picking it up. She said she could credit me for next time. With the way I was spoken to after this free pizza there isn’t a ‘next time’ no remake because the ovens go off 30 minutes before close. Why be open then. She also wouldn’t refund me.
