This is probably more of a management issue than a worker competence issue but it seems like the employees are afraid to give full scoops. Price is high, quality of food is lacking and portion size is severely underwhelming.

These bowls are waaaaaay too expensive to be dishing out such small servings. Been to this location about 6 times now and only one time did I feel like they gave me a fair amount of food. Guac especially is a total rip off. Extra 2+ dollars for a scoop of guac and all they do is dip the spoon in and hold it over your bowl and you get to keep whatever falls off ? it's so pathetic it's funny. Can't keep coming here and throwing away money though, especially when Qdoba down the road gives you far more food for less money. Please whatever you do, do not tip these workers, it will only encourage the bad service.

I ordered two bowls with double protein, and both bowls had a tablespoon of chicken at best.. Yikes.. Lost a customer first visit lol.

Ordered an online pick up. Good thing we decided to eat at the restaurant. Our order was wrong and half of the stuff was missing. After going up to the manager he just put the missing stuff on top of the bowl and handed it back. The manager and all of the staff except the ONE girl (drowning in online orders) was screwing around and not even noticing customers coming in. NONE of the kitchen staff was wearing hairnets. And the tables were DISGUSTING. Good all over the floor and tables, a mountain of ice on the pop machine, making it hard to even get a drink and no one (except the girl doing online orders) was going anything but joking around.

All the chipotles I have been to I have never seen one that skimps so much on meat like this one. Extra meat here is what a standard portion should be. 2 ppl to eat here today with no drinks is 40$. The portions on online orders have gotten ridiculously smaller that it’s laughable. Numerous times I’ve picked up orders through the drive thru and not received any napkins or utensils.
