Need to cook chicken all the way. Flat biscuits and 2 teaspoon of gravy for whole order, staff was slow. 3 tables when we walked in. Waited 15 minutes for staff manager to come out eating chewing food while talking to us . Nasty manner. Had to find staff to get coffee refill. Really bad svc manager was supposed to set examples of how to do food svc. Sad

Manager trying to seat another table directly behind our table of 5Really unhappy with the lack of respect, response was slow. Food came cold. I was surprised by the flat biscuits and the half cup of gray was cold . Probably never going to return nor recommend. It's unfortunate .

I don’t go out to breakfast much because I can make a decent one at home, but we were in Monroe for the night and didn’t want hotel breakfast. I cannot believe how great our breakfast was. And the place is very clean. Our server, who I think was also the hostess, was incredible. They were definitely not staffed for the amount of people that walked in, but al of the servers were doing the best they could. Our food was excellent. Eggs, hash browns, and pancakes all cooked perfectly. Thanks for a great breakfast!

We stopped here late at night after stopping at another location that said they were open until midnight but wasn't actually open. We were the only people in there when we walked in. Our waitress was great despite working a 19 hour shift that day (I would have been cranky at that point lol). Food wasn't bad but the ham was burnt and the hashbrowns were over cooked. They do close at 1 am despite the signs all saying 24 hours but that's on corporate. Overall it was good and quenched my craving for their pancakes with butter pecan syrup.

Was just at this location. One server running the floor, one party of about 10 who were getting food as I walked in, one 2 top and another 4 top, both were obviously done eating. Waited roughly 10 minutes before any interaction with the single server. I don't normally leave reviews but once I spoke with the server, she told me it was a 20-30 minute wait while there were no other tables to be served and I was a solo diner. I'm a trucker and just want a hot meal, I just know it wont be at this location. Went down the street to Cracker Barrel, was seated and ordered food in about 6 minutes while the dining room is about 60% full.

The crepes are the bessssttt with that cheese sauce! Stephanie was awesome too, this lady deserves a raise, super friendly and efficient!
The decorations are awesome, the staff is incredible and extremely friendly. Food is delicious, and the strawberry hot chocolate from the Wonka menu is to die for!

I ordered three items. One item was a short stack of pancakes, an order of chocolate chocolate chip pancakes, and an order of cupcake pancakes when I receive the order through DoorDash which is another issue the pancakes were well below what a standard fluffy pancake should look like and the whip cream and condiments were melted all over the inside of the bag. When I called and spoke to the manager Melanie, she was very defensive even though I tried to explain to her that this had been an issue numerous times with my orders through this particular IHOP and I really just wanted to let her know how inconsistent and how terrible the product that they were sending to me was. Next as I try to explain, she continue to argue saying it wasn’t IHOPs problem, and before I could just let her know that I really wanted nothing but to let them know that they needed to have a better representation of their company and their product. She told me a call somebody else, and when I said, apparently, they didn’t care she said have a nice day and hung up on me never really offered any type of solution or satisfaction as far as apologies, but instead hung up. This is probably at least the third or fourth time I’ve ordered food from IHOP in Monroe and it has been absolutely terrible!!!! Always missing items and pancakes supposed to be fluffy flat and tiny by size and portion. Apparently their standard at IHOP is 5 1/4 inches or something but I took pictures there’s nothing standard about any of these. We’re talking pancakes not rocket science thanks for another horrible experience, IHOP, and your management is even worse than your food. Have a great day Melanie.
