I can't eat dairy right now and have really been craving pizza. Hesitant to place an online order because I don't have much luck ordering out dairy free, I went for it. Jets called me shortly after to follow up on the severity of the allergy so they can make sure they got it right. Though not a severe allergy it's awesome they double checked!! Food came hot and correct. Thanks jets!
Sometimes delivery items come with no issues, but recently delivery times are eta at an hour and don’t come until an hour and fifteen minutes later. Anytime we order a drink, 8/10 times we get the wrong drink sent. This past time, the pizza was not warm when it arrived. I once received a pizza covered in tomatoes (not asked for) and was charged extra for them. Issues tend to be resolved in some shape or form, but continue to happen. I understand accidents happen, but we keep ordering and issues keep happening (shame on us for expecting different at this point.) the food is tasty, but if you’re looking for complete accuracy and timely deliveries, this may not be the place for you.

NIGHTMARE TEXTING ORDER OPTION.I'll just no longer go here because of of what happened today.After fighting with text and confirmation NOT loading for a long time, I call in to verbally place the order, just 1 minute after they stop taking orders before closing in a1/2 hour and the they REFUSE to take order over phone even though they heard the problem with texting and fighting with it for a long time.Ridiculous. Typical Monroe, though.
