The girl that took, our order was great, but when we got home and open our food they forgot our pickle and and they put tomatoes on my sub and it even said no tomatoes on the receipt. That’s why the food got one star.

Go to another location. I realized that they handed me the wrong order, NOT my order, the first time in drive thru. I had to drive back to get My order. I ordered a Chicken wrap with ONLY chicken, lettuce, and ranch. I have no ranch, it’s covered in Caesar’s dressing, I have croutons and the balsamic. They need to pay attention, because I am an unhappy customer.

Food is always good people sometimes not so much. I alway get the bootlegger.P.S if you get a little backed up…. Order the big pickle quartered. It does not have any lubricating factors to it, but dam it makes you go fast and smooth lolololol it was like a cannon on the Fourth of July! I fired everything I had in the chamber lol who needs a stool softener when you have jimmy johns pickles lol!
I came through just after 9:30 and they were already closed and not taking drive thru orders, I'm a little annoyed that they close at 10 and we're already closed almost a half an hour beforehand. Otherwise their food is absolutely my favorite "fastfood restaurant" in Monroe and the Kickin' Ranch is amazing!

Very clean and efficient. The sub was a bit pricey, but the bread, the meat and the lettuce and tomato were all really fresh and delicious. Definitely the best bread! I'll definitely go again.

I do not eat Jimmy John's. While I do think they are delicious, I refuse to pay $13+ for a cold cut sandwich. However, I picked up an order for my sister through the drive thru a couple days ago. The food was made fresh, and quickly. The staff were very friendly and apologized at least twice "for my wait" even though I didn't find the wait to be lengthy at all. Overall, one of the better drive through experiences in town.
