Worst service ever. Pulled in to drive thru at 5:20 pm March 1st, Ordered 4 PC meal. They told me they have no Chicken! Are you kidding me! No Chicken at a K of C At that time of day! Management should know inventory at least! How do stay in business? Then speaker at drive thru said that it would be 25 mins to cook more! Would I like anything else? Lol. Said no thanks. Should of known when I seen 2 cars ahead of me take off right away after talking to speaker. Ended up cooking after all at home. Real convenient.

If I go to KFC, which I don't do very often, it will be this one. Doesn't matter how far out I am, I'll wait until I'm in the area. The cashier is always courteous and professional. My food is always hot, which is unusual because most restaurants don't serve hot very often.

Super slow service. Urgency doesn't seem to be important here. When I received my food there was hardly any chicken on my drum stick and super small.
We ordered a 12 piece dinner.And out of the 12 pieces. Only one Breast.All the pieces were small legs thighs and wings .We ordered The 12 piece To have extra for the next day. I have not in all my 30 years of Eating KFC. .seen tiny pieces of chicken.

Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, even after the girl checked with a co-worker about having the chicken for the sandwich. After paying for them both and waiting about 8-10 minutes, they informed us that they only had chicken for one of the sandwiches. They subbed the normal chicken for 2 small thin strips and was about 1/2 the chicken that normally comes on the sandwich. The total wait time was about 15 to 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches and fry. This location needs to step it up a little bit.
