Manager work this evening was rude and wouldn’t let me use my card because it has to entered manually do to my puppy chewing it. Card still has my name and I know my pin and numbers. It’s been done 3 previous times but all of s sudden it can’t be done today. My family won’t be back!!

I walked in the store today to hear a worker yelling at a customer. I would have been devastated if it was me. I was going to the deli but chose to go elsewhere so I didn't get screamed at. ..very unpleasant and unprofessional. I will think twice before I get my day ruined by that woman. Her name started with ro but I didn't get close enough to see it.

I bought 2 large packages of chicken at Kroger on Dixie last week, packaged and froze them. Started to grill them and noticed meat was mushy and discolored. Called the store and would not refund me without a receipt. Who saves grocery store receipts?

Love this Kroger store, always clean & employees are friendly. My only issue is when they have the sales on 7 up products they NEVER have diet Sunkist Orange available in 6 p.k. Bottles!!! Case's of regular but never diet. So I usually end up at Wal-Mart for my beverages but that's okay.

F*** you, Kroger's. The State of Michigan has had an order of wearing face masks in public MANDATORY since June 18. Great that your employees all were wearing masks, only problem is that your clientele is going to kill them because nobody was wearing any face masks upon entering your store yesterday. The lack of common courtesy in Monroe was appalling enough, but Kroger's exacerbated the situation by shirking their duty to protect their employees and their customers who followed the Governor's mandate by denying those idiots who feel their civil liberties are being infringed upon entry into the store.

Some workers are nice but most are lazy and have extremely poor customer service. The red-head store manager and others have been seen standing right outside the entrance smoking. Very unprofessional and a health hazard to those with respiratory issues. I've found many times the bread in the deli to be moldy, other food to be expired but yet still for sale and I'm not talking almost expired but has been expired. Wonder how the health dept would feel about that. Been shopping there over 20 years and never seen it so bad.
The North Dixie location, is lot less ppl/ quieter than S.Monroe St.location. Better area,

Prices seem to be higher than Meijer but occasionally sale prices are the best in the county. They are always kind to me. I use a mobility scooter because I have muscular dystrophy. They are also as helpful as possible to old people with Alzheimer's disease. It is always very clean. They sell gas but it is over priced. They often have bargains on seasonal items they place outdoors to lure you inside. The employees seem to have a lot of integrity and ask if they can help handicapped people. Kroger is a preferred pharmacy with some of the big insurance companies so you will get better prices than elsewhere if Kroger is on the preferred list

Went to this Korger for the 99 cent Ice Cream sale it was late in the day so I wasn't expecting a lot left but went to see what they did have the freezer was empty but their was a sign that said private select or Kroger brand 99 cent no size was indicated on the sign but I had my husband take a picture We get to check out and a very rude cashier tells us it's not this brand but the pint size that's 99cents and I said I took a picture she say it don't matter its only ice cream and started yelling for her manager. Long story short fix the sign or take it off the freezer and give that rude cashier a break.
