I went into location. I attempted to order 10 pizzas for my daughter's birthday party. I requested delivery to go directly across the street. New business Pin Seekers (location of birthday party) The lady refused to take my order because I did not have the address to the delivery which is EXACTLY across the street. I was disgusted with her attitude and laziness. I went over to a competitors and they were easy and quick to deal with. Actually ordered 14 pizzas. I want to add I been a customer of Marcos pizza a long time...not any more.Parking: Easy in and out

Please eat somewhere else. As a former worker and customer I can say this is one of the most unkempt, unprofessional and disgusting places. I've heard reports of bed bugs/ mice until I saw it myself. Employees don't use gloves or wash their hands but prepare food and even touch it after it comes out the oven. They don't wash the pizza screens they just scrape them off half way and reuse. Nor do they wash any of the tools used to grab or cut the pizzas until close.

I Order pizzoli before here the great !!! I got one today and it was made horrible!!! I called up there and ask to talk to the a manger . The new gm got on the phone and I told the pizzoli differently from last time I got one . He told me he teaching them right way because they were not doing them right . Honestly I will not be going back there because of his attitude and hunging up on me .
Changing my review from 5 star to 3. Loved this pizza place would eat here once sometimes twice a week. But you can't use cash on an online pick up anymore. So it looks like I won't be coming here

The manager of the south Monroe St. store, Kayla, was just the kindest, sweetest person I met, too bad ? she had to leave. From what I heard, and now understand, good for her because I would've left a long time ago!!!Shame on the people who own the place. They sure did let a good one go! If I were them, I would give her a hell of a raise with benefits and take care of problems that need to be addressed. You won't see me eating there anymore, not unless the Manager Kayla comes back! I think she was there like 8 or 9 yrs! I heard she's a mommy to 4 girls, too! Kayla, you will be missed.Dietary restrictions: Really miss Kayla!
