I think the cook just was not into it todayThere was a bucket of salt in everything. There is supposed to be 6 shrimp in a serving NOT. again I get home I got 2sevings and there was all kinds of peppers and 8 shrimp. My greens were so tough under cooked but boy did it have the salt. Terrible. I tried asking the girl to make sure there was enough shrimp and she looked at me like I was kidding. So sure I get home which is 15 minutes away to see that it's only 8 shrimp not 12 but she sure made sure I got charged that up charge. This is not the first time. Shame on Panda Express

Im typically not a bad review leaver but this place is ridiculous!! For such a small menu they are ALWAYS out of entries,( open till 9 out of entries at 5pm dinner time) always sorry , poor customer service and management,(you can only be sorry for a repeat situation so many times,eventually that sorry is no longer a sincere sorry just a gesture)ordering is poorly done!( as im a chief)! you see your revenue you know what you need but always run out way before time) poor way to run a business, Its a pay check for the employees,the care and customer service is gone ?

The bloom is off this rose.No Brown Rice. Ever. Not a menu item any longer. 2/4/24 - no super greens this evening and server couldn’t (wouldn’t?) substitute with just broccoli.Mushroom chicken was good according to Mom and sis. Orange chicken good according to my wife (I think it’s not good at all - very doughy). My Beef and Broccoli ok. Unlikely we’ll order dinner for four carryout ever again.

Noodles are always undercooked as well as the fried rice. Not much of a selection. Half of the selection was empty and all employees in a corner chatting away and on their phones.

They were good when they first opened, but lately rhe quality has been poor. The portions have gotten smaller and the food does not taste very good. I have also had a couple orders when they ran out of white rice and would not make any more.

Literally used the last of my money to buy lunch for work here, got back to work and the main item I ordered is not in my bag even though I paid for it.This also isn’t the first time this has happened.I love paying for lunch just to go all day hungry because I don’t have time to come back here and fix your mistakes.I won’t be coming back here

It’s NOT Chinese. They don’t serve Chicken and Broccoli! Also, the food when I get it isn’t chilled, it’s not ever hot. It’s not the cleanest inside. I’d rather go somewhere else for my money.

I always love panda, and here has never disappointed me. Although after my visit today, I was dissatisfied with my chow mein being consistent with more veggies than noodles. I’m not mad because thankfully I like them, just didn’t get the noodles I expected to with my chicken! ( I understand it’s not always going to be perfect and all portions are different with what’s in them, just think it being filled with veggies and not noodles is pointless to order)
