Counters were absolutely filthy. Servers could clearly care less. Soda fountain had no syrup. Waited forever for an original chicken sandwich which is only their most popular item. Absolutely pathetic. Don't go here.

The most ridiculous trip I’ve ever had for food, waited a grand total of 25 minutes and I was the second person inside when I showed up, they gave my girlfriend and my food to TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLE that came in 10 minutes AFTER us, then tell us they’re out of what we had ordered and to pick something else! Waited another 15 minutes for a CHICKEN SANDWICH AND 3 PIECE TENDER, just to watch them knock the food on the ground and KICK THE SANDWICH AROUND MAKING OTHER ORDERS, at the point they had gave our food away I stood at the counter waiting, assuming that since we waited 25 minutes our food it might come out next and saw them knock it on the ground after saying it was our food. Not to mention the two girls handling the food up front would rub their nose, grab at private areas then touch the food with no gloves! I wouldn’t go back if Popeyes paid me to. I pretty much never leave reviews even for corny stuff like this but that’s flat out stupid. I’ve worked kitchen service and they were NOT busy, maybe 5 people at counter and an online order. Got my money back and left. 26$ for two people is insane.

The two farm animals working had a piss poor attitude, slapped my order together with the grace of godzilla and to top it off didn't have half of the menu!
Bad just badFirst it took 45 minutes to get my food. There's no communication when there's a wait. There were maybe 5 different orders placed at the time and everyone's order was incorrect mine included. The fries had to be redipped into the grease because the were glistening soft and mushy. Like you could literally ring out the oil from the fries. The strips were old and dry as hell. I think it's pretty messed up to have to pay $16 for some garbage they were too lazy to fix properly. They were about to get off work so they certainly didn't care but I'm sure the food they took home was to a decent quality it'll be nice if they did that for everyone I'm not returning to this location
