I have many concerns. Firstly, I have recently learned that where the food is made is protected by a “Sneeze Guard.” To test this out, I visited while having COVID, and I kept sneezing at the “Sneeze Guard.” BOTH the employees AND THE MANAGER were telling me, in an EXTREMELY rude tone, to stop sneezing on their “Sneeze Guard.”THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Why call it a “Sneeze Guard” if you don’t trust it guarding your food from my sneezes?!Second, there was a day where some guy was outside spreading the word of Jesus Christ. What a lovely man! He has never been seen again. What did you do to him?Third, take care.Dietary restrictions: This place does not help my anorexia.

Went to pick up my already payed for pickup order to which they told me they are trying to close it wasn’t even 9:20 yet the order was placed for pickup at 9:14 after telling them we already placed the order it wasn’t even on the normal pickup table looked like someone was just gonna take it home themselves the food ended up being cold ontop of the whole thing if you’re gonna close early make sure to take care of all your already payed for orders the correct way first absolutely terrible service rude ladies.

I go here several times a month, & was very dissatisfied. The ONLY reason this review is 5 stars is because of a young lady named JENNA. She provided excellent customer service although their location was out of stock of a lot of things, not to mention the manager Chris, who has a very nasty attitude. Despite all the hurdles she (Jenna) has to deal with at work, she goes above & beyond EVERY time, has a great tone for customers, & overall wants you to be a satisfied customer!! Very upset with management, seems like Qdoba hired someone who has no management experience. Not sure if it was Kia, or Diana who one day literally threw my bowl down almost spilling everything out; when I asked for manager she also had a nasty attitude; since then I have made sure to ask for names, as I will be reporting Kia, Diana, & Chris to corporate. Doesn’t make it any better after reading comments & seeing they are family… rotten apple doesn’t fall far from rotten tree. THANK YOU TO JENNA. SHE NEEDS A RAISE & BECOME PART OF MANAGEMENT ?
I come to this location at least once every 4 months and in that time I have never received the service I received tonight. Z (can’t remember or spell her name) has been working at this location for 2 years and this is her first job. She displayed great customer service from the time the door dinged until we got our napkins. She didn’t rush us or display any contempt when we changed our minds on toppings. I hope she keeps that attitude and does great things in the world.As far as the restaurant itself; not sure why there is never anyone here but this is a little hidden gem and hopefully they will be around for many years to come.

I hope the bowls get made with sturdier cardboard soon, and maybe a white rice without cilantro but other than those issues the place is amazing and the food is great!
I use to work at a Qdoba & let me tell you! At job interviews for customer service jobs they usually ask you: when was a time you received excellent customer service & what happened, here’s my story for you. As soon as I walked in the door every employee smiled & said hello to me. Everything was clean and decorated for Halloween, even the bathrooms were clean! When I went to the front of the line DeAngelo was ready to start my order, I explained to him that it was my first time picking up a DoorDash for myself & was unsure of what to do! He was so patient & nice about helping me instead of making me feel like I was an inconvenience especially during dinner rush! Then on the way home I thought maybe I can snack on some of my food & thought they or I forgot my burrito! Accidents happen, so I called back to see if maybe I had left a bag there. DeAngelo answered & again was SO NICE & was offering to make me a new one when I realized my burrito was at the bottom of the bag. But seriously, AMAZING customer service!

Chris is disgusting and should be ashamed of herself. Kia and Diana are horrible additions to Qdoba and chris being the mother allows them to run the establishment into the ground. Should be ashamed.
