If I could give them 10 stars I would.I was on a date and spoke to the employee there and stated I was a little nervous to meet a complete stranger.She stated, and I wish I got her name, that we could exchange a code word incase of trouble.We did that and thank goodness all went well. It was so sweet of her to do and as I was leaving she even checked on me to make sure all was well.Thank you again to her for being my guardian angel.
This Starbucks has amazing customer service, as my coffee order is rather large and has a lot of add ons, and they nail it every time, the only reason I'm leaving one star out is because a couple of times I've gotten a coffee that tastes like it has past due milk/oatmilk/dairy, and/or old coffee in it, and a few times I haven't been able to drink it because of this. However, whenever the ingredients are fresh they make my coffee perfectly. So 4/5.
