Every time I come to this location, they have new employees who have no idea what they’re doing. I like subway but recommend that you stay away from this location.

This place was one of the worst place to work for. They fired me over being late after I messaged them starting I would be which I wasnt even late more than 10 minutes The owner has a personal relationship outside of work with a worker there and that person and I are not good working together which I stated to the GM many times not to work us together anymore which I changed my availability so we wernt. Instead a day and a half later I was fired instead of transferring me to another location. I was a good worker I covered shifts barley called off unless my child was sick. I have no write ups. So for them to just up and fire me because I was late one day and because I didn't get along with some 15 year old that seems to get treated way better than any other employee there from the looks of it she also seems to make alot more money than the GM there... How? Well because she goes to church with the owner. I would never suggest working for any of the subways in monroe and Toledo due to Bob owning alot of subways in those areas. I will never give them my business I feel I was wrongfully terminated bob couldn't even ask me about the incidents. If the 15 year old dont like you, you seem to get fired.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. 20 bucks for a 12 inch sub with only ham, salami, and bacon. I’ve been to many subways, never have I paid 20 bucks and change for this exact sub. Just go out of business by now do everyone a favor.

I made an online order and I called and they hung up twice after locking the door as we were walking in and to remind you I paid online and they wouldn’t let us in and then they started taking pictures of us for no absolute reason and then told me to call there manger and they really did not care how I felt about it that is terrible costumer service I have ever experienced

I can't really say I had an experience the same as the others have described even as far back as two months ago. But mine last week was good. Girl was nice. Service was quick and she was professional. Sub tasted good. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Maybe those that made it miserable have left?Vegetarian options: They have veggies....don't know what else to say.

This is for the location at the intersection of Telegraph and W. Front Street. I went in and was the only customer in the store. I ordered a steak sub and noticed that the cambro container for the steak was nearly empty, and the pieces that were left didn't look great. So I got 1 1/4 scoop of steak on a footlong divided over two partly filled scoops. I mentioned it and was told that was all that came on it. No, it's two level scoops. I have worked at 4 Subway locations over a combined total of 6 years. You can't be scraping the bottom of a metal container for icy steak bits and end up having to level the scoop. Why were there multiple empty cambros on the line when there's no customers? People don't want to see that, and they don't want to eat it. The right thing to do is hear the order for steak and then excuse yourself to get a new container. They are a few steps away rotated and ready to go from the cooler. There were even workers in the back that could've grabbed it. $11 sub and you expect to get what you paid for instead of laziness and lying.

Bad service on my sandwich i ordered a cold cut sub the only meat was bologna only it supposed to have ham salami and bologna and was not toasted like i asked Monroe Michigan on Monroe street

We visit this location often as we live 10 minutes away it’s convenient. We’ve had Civil the past two times each time absolutely zero customer service I wouldn’t give zero stars because the place is nice. We started off by walking in and greeting him with a hello and oh the store looks nice with all the Christmas decor without zero response. “Anything else’s” you to death and never has a smile on his face acts like subway is a literal civil duty. Honestly very uncomfortable and won’t be going to this location any longer. Not to mention I don’t get the slight but we were just there days ago and received two extra sauces and yet we asked for the same thing today and without explanation was told no and even asked if I could possibly pay for it. I’ve worked at fast food establishments and I know they’d rather make that fifty cents then not. Work on the customer service bud or find a different job.

My wife and I visited your store few days ago and due to the rising prices of the food and you not honoring the coupons that you sent out we will not be able to eat at your location or any other subway at this point in time.

I went into Subway to get myself a sandwich. When I tried to order and say what sandwich I wanted the the dude was rude and not helpful and just stared me down. Was not very friendly and i’ve had much better experiences here. ?
