Super pleased with my experience and dinner this evening. There was a small glitch in the matrix with my online order, but upon realizing it, they were open, honest, and transparent about what happened. I was getting a tad bit hangry and was probably staring daggers at them waiting while they helped another customer, and it was noticed ? very kindly. They made things right, above and beyond, without my actually verbalizing any complaints. Words can't express the value of honesty, apologizing even if though it wasn't their error, and making things better. I commend them on their customer service, positive attitude, and our food was amazing to boot.

I walked in and she looked at me and said Hi and I said Hi back to her and then apparently she was making a couple of sandwiches and didn’t say anything else but Hi. So I stood there waiting for her to say “I’ll be right with you I’m working on an order that was called in. So she pretty much ignored me the whole time she was making the sandwiches. I had asked if I should come back and I got no response from her, so I sat down on a chair near by and watched her make the sandwiches and when she finally looked at me and I asked her can I get a sandwich please and she said after I’m done with these and I said ok and I said I wasn’t sure what you were doing because you didn’t say anything to me, it looked like she was refilling the toppings and then she said to me “you sat down so I didn’t know what you were doing, I sat down because I stood there watching her and waited for her to say “ I’ll be right with you”. Maybe subway needs to hire more people so this doesn’t happen anymore. Thank you and have a great day.

Ordered the Grand Slam Ham sub which is supposed to have double meat and cheese. What I got was very little meat or cheese. Didn't notice until I drove home. Super disappointing. You should pick a different location like I will.

This subway location is horrible there just trying to get your money yesterday I got subs for subway next to my house 2 for $12.99 which was a deal in store but when I can to this location she said there is no deal and subway haven’t made deals in store or online for over 6 months and she had an attitude and was rude.

The other reviewers aren't lying, sort of been on a subway kick the last 2 weeks, ordered "the monster" from this and two other locations, both in Toledo, OH and Lambertville, MI. The others were very well portioned with meat, vegetables, and cheese. This place? Not even close. I'd say easily 1/2 the amount of aforementioned ingredients and the exact same price as Lambertville. Certainly not wasting my 16$ for a foot long and a medium drink here ever again.

My sandwich was good, but I almost didn't purchase it due to being told that "I could not have extra onions" while it was being made. It's not the customer's problem if you don't have enough. Unless my sandwich was gonna be free, it should have been made the way I wanted it.

Just spent $31.00 on this garbage. $20 on a "protein bowl". She cut two pieces of pepperoni in half, gave me two pieces of bacon. Never again. My son's spicy Italian sub was just bread. Garbage. I have photos of the trash.
