We went to the newly built taco Bell on telegraph in Monroe, although the service was friendly, I wish I could have felt the same in regards to how unpleasant our order was. A part of our order was 3 cheesey fiesta potatoes, there was barely any cheese !! On all 3 orders. The next time we went to the same location, I asked this time if we could get more cheese on the potatoes and we were told it only gets one pump of cheese.. Nice location and updated store however store needs CLOSE SCRUTINY. As I entered employee was refusing to uphold simple health standard when directed by the pleasant but utterly ineffective manager. THEN as reported by others the order was ill prepared. The Nacho Bell Grande was a handful of chips with less than HALF teaspoon of cheese and 6-8 chopped tomatoes. If Taco Bell will not correct these well documented issues customers are forced to go elsewhere.

If I could give this store a negative review, I would, totally unprofessional staff who can’t read the simple instructions that come through the kiosk that they prefer you to use. But I can’t be too mad this is Monroe. The gene pool here proves itself to be as shallow as parts of Alabama… closing this store and making it a fruit stand would be more suitable
