Ordered my pizza at 7pm still waiting as I type this at 820 pm. The order tracker never updated. Meanwhile my daughter and I have been waiting to eat dinner. I also left a nice tip and delivery fee is 4.50 but anyways very disappointed and dissatisfied with this service and place. A place should take pride in their operations and I know it’s Monroe but come on do better be better it’s truly not that hard of a job. When I called no apology or anything.

Was sold a large pizza that tasted like microwaved rubber, not made fresh or with pride at all. They also used hardly any cheese. They even sold me a flat pop clearly past it's expiration date. Time to shut this location down.

I wasn't very happy with my order first things first my pizza was cold and it wasn't cut so I had to cut it myself and second I had to wait about hour and five minutes for my food that's definitely not good for

We have had this location deliver to our home, and the delivery driver is always kind. The only problem that we have, and it’s a Big one, is our food, and that’s the subject of every restaurant. Every time we have gotten our food, these are the issues : we are missing a topping, no crust flavor, and the worst one yet is finding hair in between the sauce and cheese. Once we found a knotted glob of hair, and it was green-THE most disgusting thing ever. They remade our food and delivered it, and I refused to eat it, because the same people made it, and the thought. So now we make the 15 minute drive EVERY time to go to the Monroe street in Monroe. Also, it’s kind of gross that it’s next to a gas station in the same mall, tbh. Location is everything, so is cleanliness. Go to any other location, this one has gave us 6 bad experiences, one after another. I also heard the management isn’t great at this location, so that figures why our food is always a concern with an issue. Get your pizza in 15 minute’s instead of 30. Go somewhere else.

The pizza was good and hot as hell. I like it when it’s still oven hot. It seemed like it could have been cooked a little longer but was still good and hit the spot. It could have had more bacon and topping on it. All and all it was a good meal. Small pizza is under 10 dollars. Good deal for the money.Parking: Parking right out side the front of the store.Kid-friendliness: All kids like pizza and they will like this one.
