Bald headed Business

I made a stop at this location before heading into the office to grab some chocolate Tim Bits because y’all know I love me some donuts and I had a coupon on my Timmy’s app; before y'all say anything chill on me please, I’ve had a rough week okay? Mind your business. Anyway, they were in the hight of their morning rush, this location is always busy because it’s technically downtown.The staff was friendly in the mist of the chaos. The dining room was clean and well lit. The cashier offered me a very beautiful smile even though I could tell she was “over it” I appreciated her kindness.As I was waiting for my order there was another guest loudly talking about how the store seemed short staffed to her partner. I informed her “it’s rush hour” which she agreed which shifted the conversation into another direction between the 3 of us which made me smile.The cashier handed me my order and offered another smile that was even bigger this time. I thanked her and thanked the other 2 guests for the chat and wished them well along their day. I wish I would have gotten the cashiers name so I could have thanked her by name for her patience and for being essential in this community.

Ordered an iced latte and had to wait abt 5 minutes for it (no big deal normally) and when the woman gave it to me she said “sorry for the wait, they thought it was supposed to be hot.” and shut the window promptly. We drove off, since the coffee was in a clear plastic cup with ice cubes visible we assumed they had remade the coffee so it wasn’t hot. I quickly realized that the cup was pretty warm, and the syrup was all melted pooled in the bottom. They obviously made the drunk hot and dumped it into a cold cup full of ice, and waited to hand it to us until it wasn’t scorching. The coffee is watered down and lukewarm with no whipped cream and the syrups all pooled at the bottom. Just really disappointed and won’t be coming to this location again. It was about 7:45 PM 1/3/24.

Horrible do not waste you're time. They have 5 plus workers which are not helping no one inside for over 20 minutes. You will waste you're time, likely ran out of whatever you want by 1pm anyway!

Well, if you like people having a fit because you ask for a sleeve on your coffee to protect yourself from the molten hot temperature. This is the place for you!! As a bonus you'll have a disgruntled employee slam the coffee down and scoff at you because you try to put your change up. Silly me for thinking you shouldnt have to beg to not be burned, lol. Seems like that would be a courtesy. I'll bring an oven mitt next time. That way I can not burn myself, and catch my change in a more timely manner to avoid the scoffing. Dont even bother speaking to a manager, you'll get nowhere! Thankfully the district manager is there to take care of the mess.
