Hi this is Tanya Smith and I and I rate tropical smoothie Cafe five stars I would love to read it 10 stars I am totally blind I love smoothies and I had the and I had the oatmeal bowl you know the berry bowl I can't think of the name of it but and then I had the other frozen bowl the SI bowl and I had two of those and I and I put them in a blender and I made those into smoothies and added fruits and stuff and and they're really good they really are so anyway and I ordered them from tropical from you guys from you partner up with with gogo grandparent and and I'm glad you guys and I'm glad you guys do I really appreciate it so keep up the good work I wish you guys had a Braille menu that'll be nice

My opinion, avoid this location.I’ve been here several times, and the service is never the same. Sometimes they are in a good mood and they are kind other times they are snappy and unpleasant.Today someone must’ve been angry when they made my dinner. Never mind it’s the only thing I have for dinner or that I’ve paid over eight dollars for it, but the person who put this together drowned it in pesto,, so it is no longer edible.Not sure if they thought they were doing me a favor? But it is honestly disgusting and completely inedible.The pesto is supposed to be a condiment like mustard NOT the main. Soo, thanks for giving me garbage for dinner.

On the 28th of September my mother went through here to get me a chicken quesadilla and a smoothie and when she got home there was no chicken on the quesadilla so I called to let them know and I was very polite as I know people make mistakes and I myself have worked fast food before as a manager they stated to bring my receipt and they would put me in their log book for a remake well as my mother went through there again for me today to pick up the remake and order more food the worker literally sat and argued with my mother stating someone already came and picked it up and my mother kept telling her I have the receipt how is that possible and continued to be so rude and then told my mother we will make it free this time… I usually don’t even do Google reviews but if people don’t speak up about people’s behavior nothing will be done about it because we were owed that food and she didn’t even think maybe it was a mistake on a workers end on why it got crossed out as it was a workers mistake why our food is being remade in the first place… you don’t treat people like that and accuse them of lying over some food I will never return to this specific tropical smoothie again just off this you don’t deserve our business.

This location has staff that thinks it’s okay to bully other workers. Manager clearly doesn’t care, and lets these lil teenagers make fun of the quieter people. Disgusting, replace them all honestly
Anna was so nice to me in the drive-thru. All the staff clearly have amping and positive attitudes. Will be back.
