This Wendy's has the most fresh and hot fast food. I was so happy with the ladies working the window when I came through, they were so fun to talk to!
Had a really bad experience here late at night. Got all nasty old chicken McNuggets and nasty old fries then complained about it in a proper manner and they replaced our food but it was a terrible experience for dinner! I would never return to this Wendy's. ?

Great food. Great service. Great employees. I dropped my wallet in the parking lot and one of the employees found it. She gave it to the manager and I received a message on Facebook. I had $300 in my wallet. Everything was still in my wallet including my money. I gave the girl that turned it in $20. There are still good people in this crazy world

After a really bad day my sister and I realized we had a coupon for nuggets. The only one open was this South Monroe location and we were so happy. We were greeted by Kayden, who was beyond kind. We ordered the spicy nuggets and she apologized that it would be a six minute wait and was beyond patient with the rest of our complicated order. At the window she was all smiles, even though it seemed as if she was working the late shift alone, and took a separate transaction we forgot. We were glad to wait for the nuggets and when she brought them out we were beyond grateful. Kayden is a reminder of why I choose Wendy’s, exemplary service that welcomes us.
