Lobby was dirty. Took forever to get someone to front counter to take our order. The two girls working were very friendly. I'm not sure if the one girls name. The other was Hayley. They were working as fast as they could. They were amazing. But I wouldn't recommend if you are in a hurry.

Has gone downhill tremendously in the last few years. The drive thru is the absolute slowest drive thru in town at ANY given time of day. The staff are genuinely unpleasant and uncaring. The food you'd expect fresh given the wait but you'd think wrong, cold. I absolutely will not give them any further business. The worst fast food option in town is this location.

Stopped in here on my way home to get a little snack use the bathroom, bathrooms were disgusting, piss all over the floors in front of the urinal the sinks look like it had never been cleaned, the dining area had trash all over the floor and there were several young kids there unattended with no adults like it's a daycare.

Was asked to pull forward thinking our food was being cooked fresh due to the wait. 15 minutes after ordering, on the dot, we get our breakfast meal. The potato wedge were cold. Sandwiches luke warm and ice melting in our frosty cream cold brews. Didn't get straws or a single napkin. And the person who gave us the food didn't say a word.

Doesn’t even look anything like the photo. If I were told I was receiving this for what I paid I would’ve just kept my money and go somewhere else. The lid also wasn’t even on in the brown bag so I almost spilled it. Learnt my lesson! Not coming back cheese isn’t even melted like it shows on the board ?and I waited on it?

I had my order delivered. My delivery was superior and was early with my food as expected. But my fries were cold and nasty as if they were bagged before the rest of my food was even ready. The fish though and chili were good

Made a mobile order ten minutes before my arrival, waited in drive thru line for another ten minutes before I got to the speaker(So that's 20 minutes so far for those of you scoring at home)And then was told to pull up to the pick up window and then told to go park my car and wait another ten minutes because the order was not ready.I said something to the worker who brought my food out and he yelled at me about it.It should take 30 minutes for a burger and small fry. What's the point of having mobile ordering if it makes everything take longer than just walking in and ordering?

Don’t bother placing an online order, they will take care of everyone who ordered through them (even after we arrived) and make you wait 25 minutes for 2 meals. And then when you question where your food is they are extremely rude. The guy threw it on the counter and didn’t say a word. This is why the Monroe Street one is better by a mile! You will actually get taken care of there with great customer service!

They NEVER have baked potatoes, reminds me of McDonalds not having ice cream. Also went here for the baconator on a pretzel bun. They dont have them. Just regular bun. Im seeing a theme here, Wendys promising stuff they cant deliver on. Also the drive thru always takes FOREVER even if you are the only one in line.Parking: Awkward to drive around and not enough spaces.
