The service feels the same as when Carie owned it but the prices and options are significantly different, not bad but different. The pricing definitely was changed, it also lacks some staple options like just being able to order a large banana split. They have a banana split Sunday but it isn't the same! It's generally somewhat busy but never a long wait time, the ambiance of the location is nice!

I don't think they should be allowed to call what they consider a banana split, a banana split! That was the most disappointing thing I've ever seen...who puts a banana split in a cup? It was like a banana shake maybe? At least warn people that its not an actual banana split like EVERYONE is used to!

Stopped for ice cream and ordered cherry, didn't say soft serve but that's what I got and it tasted chemically. Husband ordered butter pecan and didn't say sugar free but that's what he got. At least the dog liked his pupcup

Overpriced and not a very large portion for the money. They had no cherry topping, no caramel and no hot fudge toppings. Not going back.
Quaint ice cream shop in a small town. Friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Outdoor seating only. One of my family's favorite ice cream shops.

The new owners are catching a lot of hate in these reviews but I don’t see it… prices are still good, and selection is still outstanding. There’s still soft serve (including a rotation of bonus flavors), great hand dip options, plus shakes and sundaes and such. We’ve been loyal patrons for years, and we still are.

Have to go somewhere else or just make my own ice cream which is easy to doJust bought a banana split from there and it was awful. 5 tiny slices of banana, 2 miniscule slices of strawberry and a bunch of nasty sour blueberries (who puts blueberries in banana splits?) And worst of all the ice cream in the split was some nasty tasteless soft serve and the price was ridiculous.3 sundaes and one cone of ice cream was over $30Subpar....all of it

Has some interesting flavors that we loved. Coffee with chocolate covered almonds and salted caramel with peanuts were our favorite flavors.
