Super long wait for food people were coming in after us and eating before us! All prices on menu were not updated so the bill was totally different than all advertised prices! Then when we got our food they didn’t have silverware so we told waitresses and was given flimsy plastic silverware! Will never return here again!

Food was awful! $20 for lunch I didn’t eat.$3.75 for a fountain drink! A gallon of gas is cheaper than 20oz of Pepsi. Will not be going

Gus' has been around for decades family own. And saying that, there are all walks of life that come in and take it all in, food is done right. Nice atmosphere.

I work at the corner of Main St and Market St. I've had Gus's before and the food was really good, place was extremely dirty. I really wanted cheese fries, though! I ordered this morning around maybe 11 AM for pick up at 5:15PM but got a call around noon from a man stating that, "Well no one has ordered 8 hours before pick up and I can't promise you this ticket won't get lost. You should order at 5, not 8 hours early." My dad just had heart surgery and I needed to get out of work and back home as soon as possible so this was convenient for me as work has been crazy busy as well and I had 5 minutes to breathe... so I ordered! They ended up throwing the ticket away and told me to order later... so I went to Three Blind Mice instead and had some bomb pasta and delicious Fried Pickles. Don't think I'll be coming back here... National Coney Island is worth the extra drive on busy Hall Rd 5PM traffic when I can again rather than a 1 minute walk down the road. After reading other reviews, I am glad I did not order here and waste my money! Think I'll skip Gus's from here on out!

Gus Coney Island always has a different atmosphere which is friendly and caring. Their servants aim to please and their food is well prepared. Apparently their cooks are the boom! I would highly recommend this restaurant as I have been eating here for close to five years and always feel welcome.Parking: Parking is safe, but bring change.Kid-friendliness: There are plenty of action figures of creative art on display to visually see and add more communication amongst a family setting.

Horrible Customer Service! The only person who greeted me was the cashier, who thought I was with the patroon front of me. I decided to sit at the counter since it was pretty empty. The staff behind the counter walked past multiple times, never saying a word, not even, “I’ll be right with you; we’re pretty busy.” That would’ve been untrue as there were more people behind the counter than in the restaurant, but still. Make me feel like I matter. So, I decided to leave after one server in particular walked past me without speaking for the third time.I walked down the street to Mt. Clemens Grill. Best decision I made today.
