We tried this restaurant out for a light lunch yesterday (Saturday). I really enjoyed the tacos I ordered. I got steak tacos in corn tortillas. My wife got the gringo taco with ground beef. We shared a chips and queso. Overall I really enjoyed the flavor and look forward to coming back to try more menu items!

Best tacos ever, just as good as the taco trucks on the south west side of Detroit

Cant speak highly enough about this place. Contrary to some of the other reviews I've read I have had nothing but exceptional customer service and food. I have been happily coming here a few times a week for some time and will continue to do so. Definitely the best mexican place around!

I go to Tortas at least 3 times a week??!!! I get the same thing each time....but this last time they gave me what they wanted me to have!! And when I called to inform them...the young man just said ok!? and hung up geeze what a way to treat a customer...I'll think twice before I go back

Better if dine in. Seems like when we take out they don't really put any meat on the tacos. When we eat in they do. They have great steak and El pastor tacos. Great price also.

Service was ok, not very friendly. Made us feel like we were asking for the world when we asked to taste the salsa. We dined in, silverware was very cheap plastic, hard to eat. Menu was hard to read, very small print. Other than that the food was good.

The food is good, but the young dufus behind the register acted frazzled with a basic order! And there was nobody else in the place!! Customers service is lacking!!
We love Tortas! Our favorite Mexican food in Mount Clemens. The staff is so friendly. Our food is always fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!

Whoever the older lady is that works there is very rude and I'll never eat there. She need to watch how she talk to people because she going to run into somebody that don't care and it's not going to be pretty.

The food here is like Mexican street food. Do not expect it to be like Taco Bell or Del Taco. The rice and beans are wonderful and whatever you order is like a new experience of Mexican food. Prices are pretty good and the place is clean. The only thing I would like different is the tortilla chips. They are thicker and not like the chips at Mexican Village.

The kid working was polite but the food was just not good :( the chips were so old to where they just taste like grease, rice had zero flavor, queso (Not queso blanco) was hard/bland. Unfortunately ended up having to just cook as I threw everything away.

Absolutely delicious. I’m not sure if categorize the wrapping a burrito, but the meat inside was incredibly flavorful, as were the beans and rice. Also, be sure to either have your own silverware on hand or be prepared to pick it up and eat it, because this silverware was beyond flimsy.
Food Was Great first time I’ll be back soon !
