Very negative experience in this establishment this evening and will never return on top of many other customers who were present for the same incident Managements behavior in this building was absolutely uncalled for. If you work in costumer service you definitely need to carry yourself in a manor of which the general public is equally respected. I left a message with corporate waiting for a return phone call. Only giving one star because that is the only way to leave a review.

I was standing in line for 5 minutes and no one even greeted me the lady walked by and looked at me twice. After that I walked out.

Not sure if it is the staff being unprofessional to the employees or being rude to the customers but last 4 times I have been here in the afternoon shift they force the customer to pull to their waiting lines and not 10sec out comes a employee with your food. Now a actual reason for this fine special order or a large order or long line but I get 2 double cheese burgers and a fry hardly a large or special order and nobody behind me period they claim it is policy I'm a driver and have been to a ton of different McDonald's this is not policy it's just rude and the end of my business at this location.

I was parked at the drive thru. My order was handed to the wrong customer, where they proceeded to look over the contents in the bag before it made its way to me. Noticed my order was wrong when I got home. Service like this happens way to much at this location.

During the 15 minutes we waited for our two McFlurries they couldn't seem to figure out how to stir them. At almost $9 you would think that's a must. Be better. People are spending ridiculous amounts of money on these things. Stir them. It's not that difficult. Had to throw one out. The mint flavor was way too potent to enjoy at all. Thanks for wasting our valuable time and money by simply not caring
