I can understand it's especially busy on holidays which is why I waited 15 extra minutes to pick up my take out order. I stood at the pick up area and was never greeted but was walked past at least five times by staff going in and out of the kitchen and behind the bar. I flagged one down and told her I was there for my pick up order, and was told a server behind the bar would take my payment shortly. I waited a few more minutes while watching the bartenders take shots and never look my way, so I ended up leaving without my food. The customer service you give will make or break where people decide to spend their money.

Only complete was walleye was so hot I couldn't eat it fast enough. The real deal skin on walley. Tony the severer had hot pants on cause she was so busy. Great all the why around. Don't miss it.
Food was so burnt I couldn’t eat it and had to throw it in the garbage.burger was burnt. Bacon was burnt to a crisp. Even the bun was burnt as well as the onion rings. Moved here not that long ago and have been trying new places when I have the extra money.. total waste of money will never get food from here again. Beyond disappointed.

Stopped Saturday night to see my sister, food was amazing, best prices around, fast service, Samantha is an amazing server and knows any drink mix you want! The owner Kim even Stopped at the table to check on us! Very down to earth, easy to conversate with, and genuine. I highly recommend the mountain bites, and the BBQ burger. 10/10 Will definitely be back.
