I have been attempting to order online and in the app for this location for almost an hour. I finally called the location, and apparently the owner does not honor the coupons advertised by subway. I promise that I will drive miles out of my way to go to a different location, rather than going to this one, although it is much more convenient.

Went there twice. Yet they really dont do Match correctly. I ordered 4 subs. Yet my receipt shows 6 Subs. I payed for the order to only notice when i got home that they charged me for 6 subs & i only had 4 subs in my bag. So They OWE me $25 & now since im pregnant. I will NEVER go to Subway again.

Owner of mt Morris subway unreasonable after charging me for a sandwich I did not receive, when I told him I wanted my money instead of sandwich credit I was told it was an online order and that if I wanted my money back I needed to contact corporate! I am very upset that I have to go thru hoops to get my money back for something that was his fault!!!!! Very poor customer service

I used to love their sweet onion chicken teriyaki. It's so terrible now! It was just plain diced chicken on my sub. Won't go back!
Still not a fan of some of the newer sauces. I really miss the old southwest chipotle sauce; I don't care for the new Baja stuff. But I was happy with my classic BLT... hard to go wrong with that!

Actually one of the better Subways I've been to. The girl who was our sandwich artist was friendly, funny, and very thorough. Our sandwiches were excellent and so was our service.
