Reserved a room then they gave it to somebody else knowing I drive an hour away to have this room reserved for my kids and us to have a private room but they gave it to somebody else and they're trying to give me some other room or place you somewhere else when I specifically had this place reserved for over a week Don't reserve a room here they'll just give it away

1st time, coming for an hour away...Some more options would be nice, maybe some appetizers, and or sliders,...or the fact we have to ask for ice cream is a bit odd, some of the food was hit or miss... I would visit again but being an hour away...im not coming back soon but more than likely will return. I never saw fries? So they asked me to recommend them??? ?

Solid buffet restaurant with main courses made to order. Best to come hungry, because the food is good and plentiful! They have a good variety of food and you can assemble a healthy plate (or unhealthy if desired). On our recent visit, our party of 12 had excellent attention from the waiter: dishes came out promptly and were cleared quickly as well.

The place was not 1/4 full manager who seated us took us to the farthest point from food service and next to the staff service area so we had to watch for traffic coming and going to get up for buffet. Worst seating possible. No excuse for it, especially dealing with 2 obvious seniors.

They closed Ponderosa in our town. Everyone was very disappointed. ?. So every time I get a chance to go to this Ponderosa, I take advantage of it. ?. I especially love the chicken wings and the banana bread that they have on the salad bar.
Went there for my birthday/date had a great time and the waitress there was very friendly and nice! Would definitely go back just for the experience! The food was pretty good!
