The Acoustics are bad for having a conversation. And our waitress was nice but she wasn't responsive when we requested extra sour cream and butter I mean I got a baked potato the size of Texas with one little pad of butter and one little thing of sour cream so they might want to rethink and I didn't get the extra toppings that I ordered.

Our server was way too chatty and acted like she was on something. Really giddy acting. This is not necessary. A person in our party ordered the BBQ ribs. Very dry. Hardly no sauce. Tender, falling off the bone, delicious but so dry. We'll not order them again. This was the third time these were ordered, never again!

We had three different waiters come to our table first one got our drinks then came out with my glass of water and said oh you wanted lemon huh and took my glass back with him and got the lemon weird. Then I said we are ready to order he said someone will be with uou to take your order and hurried awsy !! They finally came took our order very rushed. Someone else brought our order out. I never got my salad or my granddaughters fries we told a waiter he brought out a small thing of fries and said oh if that's not enough I can tell the kitchen. We said it's fine they were cold and soggy anyway she didn't eat them. I never got my salad. Just ate my food the veggies were hard and dried out no seasoning or butter. Our chicken and steak was ok. Very bad service we usually have a nice visit at this Mt pleasant l Michigan location. I think they have went down hill. Very disappointing ?

rarely eat here this is maybe my 2nd or 3rd time and I found a clump of hair on my steak… thankfully they refunded the steak and even gave me 50 cents back instead of 45 cents after I still payed for the rest of my meal.

I have tried 4 times, and I don't really understand what all the fuss is about. Apart from the rolls... All the other food we've tried has not been very good. Out of the 4 times we went, we only had pleasant service one of the visits, unfortunately.
