Very disappointed and will not return here again. Each grinder had one thinly sliced layer of meat (about the thickness of a credit card)! There was no flavor. My order took a very long time (35 minutes for 4 grinders) to make and the pace of the workers was lackluster.

This was my go to place for a taco pizza, however after tonights delivery service and forgetting a item ( my pizza), I would not recommend. They use a 3rd party delivery service and if the store forgets an item, your out food. I did get a refund for the pizza , but this does not make up for the 45 minute wait, having food delivered in a plastic to-go bag and company's food being Luke warm once it did arrive.

I ordered a Taco Pizza and a few other items. Got the pizza home and it had nothing on top of it! Just meat and cheese! No lettuce no tomato no salsa. I would assume that one of the two different kinds of cheese would be also on the top of the pizza with lettuce and tomatoes, but mine had none. I've never had a Taco Pizza from there before so I'm not certain if the cheese should be on top or not.I called as soon as I opened the box and she asked if I wanted her to make a new one! Well I would have loved her to do so, but I'm supposed to drive back there and let the rest of my food get cold? So she told me, "I'll put your name in the book for next time!" I can't tell you how much I hate that!! I guarantee you I'll never go there and say, "Yes, my name should be in the book for a free Taco Pizza." I feel like I'm doing something wrong by doing that! Like I'm scamming for free food! I guess I should have stuck to what I normally get there!

I ordered a taco pizza no black olives. This is what I got! Disappointed! I call and they say oh we can remake it for you! Who wants to have to drive all the way back there? Especially when you ordered other things, so are you supposed to just let all your other food get cold while you have to drive back to the restaurant??

Very upset with the way the shift manager handle the problem with my refund or remake!My sub was made incorrectly and no one apologized for the inconvenience of leaving a topping completely off. And the way the phone call was ended was a joke just a click. No "I'm sorry" for the inconvenience or here let me take care of that. She she "you can come back and get your .50 cent tomatoes or I can give you 2 dollar for next time"Sorry but after spend $17.00 on one sub that only has very minimal meat and little lettuce. Literally not even 2 pieces of meat for a fourth of the sandwich.I had asked for at least a refund or remake of half of the 18inch sub and she couldn't even do that.Trust me im never the one to especially since I am a business owner and understand what customer service is truly like.But i couldnt get over the way i got treated.

I ordered it for 7:15pm. 7:15pm rolls around, "itll be 10 more minutes". I was sitting there until 7:31pm. For the prices you'd think you would have it more together but I guess not. Will probably never get Bellacinos again. I have to wait until past 7pm every time because they're closed between 4 and 6:30 or something (very dumb to close when dinner time starts) this time it was past 7:30 for 2 pizzas and bread. And no, they were not busy. They were dead. I did get my pizza, late, with no apology, no refund. The pizza is good but not good enough to deal with rudeness.

I had bellacinos cater my wedding and they did the best job out of all my vendors! Joe was so nice the whole time on working with us to make our custom menu & set the food up so nicely at the wedding I got tons of compliments on the food the entire night

My family and I spent a reunion together in the area and we ordered A LOT of pizza, we all fought over the leftovers all weekend, delicious! I bet the grinders are phenomenal! The breadsticks are, ‘meh’
