1) the manager was outstanding!!!! A homeless man was having breakfast , a couple that was sitting near me offered to buy his breakfast, but he had already ate. The gentleman opened his wallet to give the man some cash. I normally don't carry cash. After breakfast I asked the man if he needed anything and he said no !!! Upon paying my tab, the manager stepped up, I was going to buy a gift card and give it to him. The manager took care of it by donating the money to the man. A great morning !!! The food was delicious Service was very good Nice ambiance and a great atmosphere I'll be back

Food was hot, delicious, and reasonably priced. Deb was our server and the service she provided was Excellent. The restaurant was very clean. They could use a better sign outside because they are hard to notice. They are located right across from Bob Evan's Restaurant on the corner. I would highly recommend Big Boy in Muskegon.

Real nice place, food was decent, service was good. We went for breakfast and got the buffet, my wife and I couldn't understand why there wasnt other customers... Until we got the bill, $16 for a little breakfast buffet?! $3 for coffee too... Gee

Ordered food that was so spicy I couldn't eat ... sent it back was told it couldn't be replaced with anything else ... used a free dinner coupon and had a salad to eat... the free dinner coupon was from a screwed up take out order from a previous visit... I will never eat there again!!

This was our first time at this location. Took the kiddos for breakfast since it was a snow day. The food was hot, fast and very yummy. The staff was professional and friendly. There was a problem in the kitchen so one of our meals came out just a couple minutes behind the rest, which was no biggie at all. The manager came out right away and apologized and offered to discount our bill for the inconvenience. It really was not a big deal, but it's customer service like that, that keeps a place running and customers returning. We'll definitely be back soon!!

Service was excellent. Restaurant was clean. This was my second time there to order the fish and chips. The first time the fish was absolutely delicious. This time, not so good. I am giving 5 stars because the manager came to my table and listened to my concerns. He let me know that the batter that he normally ordered was not available, but would be in the following week and took it off the bill. I will definitely return to this restaurant in the near future.

This place has improved soooo much in the past months from where it was before! The servers are so sweet, and the Manager works so hard for everyone it's amazing! Love they took part in Angel Tree for Muskegon!

I was there today for breakfast, the meal was fantastic,and the waitress was the absolute best.Very clean and friendly place, I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants good food and excellent service.Also thank you for honoring the veterans
They had a sign on the chalk board that Veterans get free buffet from 8AM -11AM. VETERANS DAY is today. They said the sign is from yesterday the day before Veterans day. Didn't honor the sign that they didn't take down until we were heading out the door at 10:45 am. Poor customer service!

Food is what it is ! Not the best not the worst! Customer service is a no go! Food came out for my son and it was so bad we asked waitress to take back and my son ordered something else she put the order in and came back to the table saying that we still have to pay for the side salad!! Haha ok no problem! So rude! I’m sure management sent her back to our table to tell us that!
