The burger king on Apple Ave in Muskegon is always forgetting something or messing up food in some way. It doesn't matter if they're busy or not something is going to be wrong. I'm always very patient and give multiple chances before making any decisions about a place, and this one has messed up way too many times. I don't recommend it.

Stopped to this location a few times now on my way home from work in the morning. This location is supposed to open at 6am. The last few times they have not been open at 6am. I, along with multiple other people, waited at the drive thru until 620am. There were two employees inside and one sitting in his vehicle in the parking lot smoking and just looking at his phone. When I went to the door, one of the employees came out and said they were not open yet because they were short staffed. We were standing near the vehicle with the employee in it when he told me this. The employee was parked in front of the door just hanging out in his car. Just baffling to me that there were three employees there and they were still not able to open on time.

Worst service I've had in a long time! I placed a small order at the drive thru. At the second window they asked me to pull forward (no biggie) but then I waited 25 minutes before getting tired of waiting and finally going inside. At first the girl couldn't even find my oder. There wasn't a lot of customers so I don't understand what the issue was! If I wouldn't have went inside I don't think I would have ever gotten my food and would have been sitting there until close. So much for fast food!

I bought a #11 the sandwich was not hot they put a lot of mustard on it and chicken fries cold tasted old. I don’t know if they were new worker the young lady hollering at them that was fixing the food . I just wanted hot food for all that money I
