This place is not very organized. Wait time was roughly 10 minutes for my food. From the outside looking in wouldn't hurt to do a little cleaning.

They rarely have enough employees working and 2 out of the 3 workers are walking around doing nothing.1 guy last night took the "not my job" stance and left the window. Took 5 minutes for someone else to come over.Crazy experience.

Muskegon, Mich...Went there last week,ordered 2 fish sandwiches,way too much tarter sauce that it was covered on the out side of the wrapper, do better Checkers, you are usually our favorite drive thru...?

Some kid was taking orders and he gave us our drinks and some person behind us got their food first, we waited out front for him to “wave at us from the window” and we sat there just waiting but food was lit it was the best burger I had had and what are they putting in the fries cocaine cause I need more.
I am a Checkers/ Rally's fan, so I can be more critical of their various locations. I have to say that I was satisfied with the service and food I received. My food was made as I specified and given to me in a timely manner. All in all, this is a good location for a first-time visit. The future ones will be the determining factor.

Their food is decent for the price. Would be better if customer service was better.Ordered the chicken bites box, and the drive-thru attendant spoke so low, that I just told him what I wanted and waited in line. There were 3 cars ahead of me, and it took 20 minutes to get to me.I only go here, bc I like the fries. If there fries were bad, I wouldn't go there at all.
