I was driving by on Peck St. and see a hot dog sign fluttering in the wind. I love to try some unexplored food trucks and stands. So, I park nearby and walked up to order. I see the menu and order a Chicago dog, but Church is unfortunately out. However, he recommended his Chili dog. I'll tell you what, this was not a typical chili dog. Whipped up some burgers for us fresh off the grill.
