The waitress Kayleigh K was amazing, it was Matt's birthday ? & she brought him the cornbread waffles with icing & a candle in it for his birthday lol.
We loved sitting out in the cabins outside which was the best part. Staff was friendly but it got busy. Overly priced and not the best quality. Two kid meals, appetizer, 4 drinks and 3 adult meals about $160. Best thing we ate were the nachos. Their fresh squeezed lemonade did not taste fresh more like powdered lemonade mix. Food wasn't very warm and their sauces tasted generic and meat not as good as I would have expected. I was really bummed for the first time going it was disappointing.

We were greeted and served by Nicole. She was very friendly, knew all the best dishes A very good conversation and gave us a lot of insight about the surrounding area. I had ribs, brisket, homemade slaw, potato salad, and collard greens. My girl had the pulled pork sandwich. Brisket was nice and smoky and charred around the edges. The rib was perfectly smoked. They had a combination of different barbecue sauces and hot mustard and vinaigrette to go with your food. I also had some kind of coffee that was great as well. Was too full to stay for dessert but I know it would’ve been a hit. Thanks again Nicole you’re the best will see you this summer at the new location.

Loved this place. However, the past two times I ordered take-out were not good experiences. Both times the collard greens were spicy hot...the first order, one bite was all I could take and they didn't give me credit for it. It was awful...and these are not supposed to have any heat.The meat was meh. Quality needs to be addressed and improved.
Awesome food, atmosphere and service!! Alyssa did an amazing job as our server, so polite, attentive and helpful. This was our second time eating here and it was just as good if not better than the first time. Definitely will be returning. And as a final note, the outdoor heated huts are incredible. Allowed our party of 4 to enjoy all the great things Dr. Rolf's provides with a bit of coziness and privacy making our entire experience a 5 star plus evening! Thanks to the entire staff here for making our experiences here nothing but positive - keep up the great work!!
The most amazing restaurant, food was excellent, service was one of the best especially Nicole she was very kind, sweet & very professional, price was very convenient, we really like everything about this place, that's why we will take my brother and his fiance today too :)
