We come her frequently after leaving the lake. It is very convenient. We have never had a hard time finding parking. Our service has always been very good. They are friendly and quick. Our little one loves to play on the playground!

Went last night for a couple elephant ears got there at 8:40pm sign says “Kitchen closes at 9pm” there’s only 2 people in front of me, the guy at the front of the line already seems desperate to be waiting while the front 2 workers are working on a single cup of ice cream. For the next 15 minutes. At 8:58 I finally get to the front of the line and started placing my order when the young lady closed the window on my face without saying anything went back to the kitchen and come back saying “they might make it for you kitchen it’s closing” I told her I was in line since 8:40 again closed the window on my face came back talking to me very rude and said “yeah I guess she will make them for you”. Then there was an elderly person behind me who was getting his order taken a minute or two later than me asked for 2 hotdogs and the other young lady told him “Kitchen it’s closed” the elderly person proceeded to say “not when I got here 20 minutes ago” keep in mind there wasn’t anybody else behind us. She just stared at him and said once again “kitchen it’s closed” and slammed the window on his face the guy leaves and the workers start laughing and making fun of him because he asked for two hotdogs and they refused to sale them to him even tho he was in line before 9pm. I guess I’m just having a hard time understanding how the manager asks the customer to be kind and nice to its workers because “they are 13-14yo” when they have the right to be rude to the customers and laugh at them. And to top it off my chicken waffle bites were raw so I don’t think I will be going back with this type of service they have

Good ice cream but really expensive. Don't ask for extra toppings in your flurry because they'll charge you extra and give you less than normal toppings.

DONT EAT HERE! My order was made wrong. When I asked for a refund I was told NO. Came here with a group of 11 people! I will never be back to this place?
I ordered a simple sundae with hot fudge, Spanish peanuts and vanilla ice cream but in a couple of layers (trying to mimic the DQ peanut buster parfait). When I got home with my sundae, it was just chocolate syrup Instead of hot fudge. I went ahead and went back up there to ask to get hot fudge Instead only to be told they won't fix it because they don't make sundaes layered like that normally and that it was posted everywhere (although I didn't see said posting at all) that they won't remake orders. I mean really though...all I wanted was hot fudge! And at that price, if they mess it up, you would think they would fix it ...won't be going back. Not happy ? call me a "Karen" if you want, but if you order something specific and pay for it...you should get what you ordered, right?

Zero stars waited over an hour for ice cream. It was a bar from ice cream truck. They forgot our order and when Ibkindly asked if that had happened the girl disappeared. I asked the manager who slammed the door angrily in my face. She didn't want anyone offending the workers she claimed were only 13 and 14. I asked to speak to owner she refused. Do not go here ever. Worst experience and very rude.

They had a sign up that read training new workers, not very efficient yet they were very slow and there was no one there, except drive through was pretty busy, but walk up I guess comes second to drive up. We got what we wanted but for two cones I had to wait close to 20 minutes.

Always great service & ice cream. Saw they had a sign up saying something about new workers training. Employees old/new are all great here. One of my favorite places to get ice cream as it also has an outdoor play place for kids and a pretty big area for kids to run/play. Also pet friendly as well!

I used to come here with my mom, brothers and sisters, now I bring my own kiddo. Tasty ice cream treats and the food isn't too bad either. The playground area is also cool. Definitely worth checking out.
