The food was just as good as iHop usual is. We waited a long time to be seated. There just was no one at the door when we arrived. Then, our food took forever, we saw the waitress only to take orders or deliver food. She never asked if we needed anything and I had to flag her down to get the check. The restaurant looked nice from the road, but inside things were just old or dirty. Our table had the strip coming off the edge and the bathroom was a mess.

15 minute wait despite open tables. Food not as ordered, server was slow and inefficient. Forgot to bring waters although we asked 3 separate times. Forgot to bring syrup even though we ordered pancakes and she asked what flavors we wanted. Food wait time was 45 minutes, just save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Walked in and got seated immediately. There was only one other couple there. The place smelled disgusting, like urine. The coffee pot they had sitting at the table was dirty. The menu they gave me was covered in red sticky stuff. We sat there for 5 minutes and could hear people talking loudly in the back but no one came out. We just left.

I'm not one to make reviews but I had to for this one. Completely horrible. I will never go back there. The service was the worst part. Just being mean for no reason and telling you we can just leave and go find somewhere else to eat. So now we're at steak and eggar where everything is 10x better.

Food was amazing. Waitress was amazing. Just... Yes.Update: Just went back today. Parts of my omelet were burnt while others were cold, plate was hot with cold food, and it took us a half an hour of flagging the waiter down to get our check after were done. Pretty disappointed tbh especially paying like $50 for garbage food and meh service

I work 3rd shift and a group coworkers and I decided to come have breakfast at 2 am. Food came out quickly and seemed great. Didn’t have any issues until it was time to pay. The waitress struggled with our bills for quite some time. Had to step away and call a manager at one point to get some direction. She had to ring myself and another coworker in at a different table. Next day I see I was charged 3 separate times. Two were for the same price as my bill and one for a random price. I called that same evening to was told they would leave a message for a manager but thought they had figured it out over the phone and would call me back. Never heard back from anyone. Mind you this was February 8th (almost a month now). I tried stopping into the restaurant on 3 separate occasions to speak with a manager, on the third attempt they took my name, phone number, and email but I did not hear back from him for several days. So I called and stopped in again and was told they didn’t know he was on vacation. Finally heard back from the manager on 2/23 he took down all my information and he said he would leave the information for the finance manager to credit my account because he does not have that authority. I have yet to see my refund on charges that were not mine. Seems to me like I am getting the run around. All the wasted trips and time spent calling. We were going to make this our frequent stop since they were the only thing open but that is out of the question now.

Wrong drinks, no syrup for pancakes, and burnt crepes. Tried to charge me for kids meals when kids eat free with an adult

If your looking for a nice and clean envirt with g, I wishreat service, DO NOT GO TO iHOP in Muskegon, on Harvey St.!!!!!!You can look at my other reviews and see that I usually NEVER take the time to write a bad review BUT people need to know what to expect BEFORE making the trip. From the momemt you walk in you'll see majority of the empty tables havent been wiped down yet (I thought nothing of, and toltook thend myself that perhaps they got a rush and are understaffed today, but NOPE, they had enough staff to run 2 restaurants out on the floor...), then the host felt the need to finish talking to a waitress even after making eye contact w me, showing their work buddy something on their phjone was clearly more important than us being seated, only to be greeted by a waitress who had zero experience and had 3 too many tables in her section because she didnt offer us not even 1 refill, brought my sons food without his toast and by time the htoast came out his food wad completely cold *literally*, only to be treated like an inconvenience when I asked for a to go box.I will NEVER waste my time or my money on going there again. I get that most of tha staff there are 16-20 years of age BUT its not the customers fault that management chooses to slack on training there employee's. Id just throw away the whole staff and start over if I were in charge of that location, but im not, so I cant. All I can do is never go back and spread the word,But the food eas actually excellent, so keep the kitchen staff, lol, just get rid of the front of the house, lbvvs.Hope this helps!
