Very unpleeased! Sent my son in with My chamber commerce gift certificate $50 for 20 pizza and staff kept change. These were purchased for employees. We deserve our change or let order be canceled! Every other establishment treats it as cash because was bought by Howmet to keep money in community. Someone got a good tip! Smh Rip off!

Jets jets jets.... J. E. T. S. Jets jets jets!!!First off it's a chain.... But I'd say the better one in the area.... The peetz is delicious!!!!! Mmm mmm mmmm!They're relatively fast to get orders done.... The people working, it's hit or miss, but for the most part it's been all good....And the best part, they send out coupons galore! Goodness, find the nearest trash can and I guarantee you'll find some Jets coupons in there. They also have online ordering, this will also save you some dollars. And I'm telling you the peetz is delicious!!!! Mmmm mmmm mmmm!

Had the LG Jets 10 , was overcooked and not good. Wouldn't recommend and will probably never order again. Especially for the cost!!

It's obviously great pizza can't dent the crunch is epicOnly give it a 3 atmosphere because the country guy asks you if u wanna leave a tipon your card but honestly worked as a pizza dude never got tips for not delivering.
They took my order online it was in before 8:30pm and they accepted my payment. I then was contacted by a worker stating my order wasn’t received until 8:32 and that delivery was done at 8:30 so I could pick it up or void the transaction. I have children at home so I have to cancel at which point I’m told my money is on hold for up to 3 days. Nothing but awkward silence from the manager to ease the situation so avoid this location anyone in customer service that actually cares would have done something for a repeat customer such as myself. Just another business falling short of good service due to lazy workers and inexperience

Pizza at Jets is always good. Sometimes I think it's because, although it's still pizza, the shape and appearance make it different. That and whatever they soak their crust in.

Whoa! I moved here to Muskegon in February 2022 and when I would order a pizza from Jets at this location everything was perfect but for some reason yesterday I received a pizza of terrible quality (I wish I would have taken a picture). It was burnt and all toppings were dried out completely. The crust was dry and somewhat deformed, which was different. I still ate it because I was extremely hungry and plus I don't like to complain about food but my pizza was bad. My assumption is I think they are short-handed - there was an individual being trained when I walked in yesterday.That's all I have. Please consider my critique.

We had a delivery made to the USS Silversides museum on Fri. 1/20 around 6:15 and just wanted to say how nice the delivery guy was. He was so friendly, and even though we offered to take the order from him at his car since we were already outside, he was like oh no no I can bring it inside for you guys no problem.Also, the lady who took our order earlier that day was also patient with me. I had placed the order and was about to give her my C/C # when I decided to change the order on her. I felt bad for doing that, but instead of her getting all upset, which seems to be the norm these days, she backed out my order and changed it for me.
