Was okay (saying it nicely) but wouldn’t ever go back. The food was not very good and was not hot when it finally arrived to the table. The building looks neglected for cleanliness which was a huge concern. I didn’t even eat the food because I was concerned about what the kitchen looked like after seeing the dining room. Others ate their food but weren’t impressed either. Definitely overpriced for what it is.

First time I ever been here and my boss took me for a celebration for somebody who is moving to Florida. It was quick service it was good food and it was a good portion of food to where I end up taking some home. They cooked it just like I asked him to and I have no complaints about that place except there was a little pricey. But like I've said before everything is pricey these days. But definitely go try it at least once if you like Chinese food. I could see where it would be a good place to take a date.

My delmonico steak was of poor quality. The flavor was like that of a dairy cow. And was also very tough. The sweet and sour pork and crab meat ragoons were pretty good though.

This was our 2nd time there at Joe's. Our waitress was so respectful and made us laugh. The food was great. The only BooBoo I see is the pricing is a bit high for some of the foods but great for others. I recommend Joe's to everyone Highly!!!Kid-friendliness: There's kids inside

Our family of four visited Joe Chan’s for our first time this week and were overall quite happy with the food.We started off with the crab rangoon for our appetizer. They tasted like they were homemade with fresh ingredients - as opposed to what you get at other Chinese-style restaurants. When placing our dinner order, we followed our waitress’s recommendation and ordered the Hong Kong Steak and the Sweet and Sour Chicken. Both had great-tasting flavors. One of our family members ordered the Sizzler Steak (med-rare) and another ordered the Ramen (Seafood Ramen).
The Sizzler was cooked to PERFECTION and was tender and juicy, but sadly that is the only good thing I can report about the sizzler entree. The steak had absolutely NO flavor. It wasn’t seasoned. This steak was a complete disappointment because of the lack of flavor -something so simple! To remedy this, we asked for A-1, a seasoning we never use ourselves, but it didn't help. I know the steaks here, with proper seasoning, have the potential to be REALLY REALLY good. The sizzler came with a choice of two sides and we had ordered mashed potatoes. They were flavorless and the gravy tasted like instant gravy from a can. Not good. The Seafood Ramen was good. It was a good-sized portion. We also ordered a side of Pork Fried Rice which was not great. It was dry. However, I saw another plate of fried rice go to another table that looked really good.In the future, I’d go back for the Sweet and Sour chicken (white rice) along with the Hong Kong Steak (white rice). Those were both very good, classic dishes, with great flavor. And I’d probably get another order of the crab rangoon. One last thing. Our waitress did a good job. She was attentive and helped us enjoy our meal as she was the one who recommended our favorite dishes of the evening.I gave this place 4 stars, rating Joe Chan's by our OVERALL experience. I omitted the steak dinner in this final rating. Three out of our four dinners were rated good.Thank you Joe Chan’s for a fun night out!

It’s a shame what’s happened to the food quality here. Got takeout last night and threw almost all of it away. Very disappointing. That’ll be my last try at this establishment. Sad.

Definitely disappointed. I visited the old place downtown, then Joe Chan's. Always fresh and wonderful taste, this time flavor was flat, for me.

10 oz Ribeye was AMAZING. 10/10 would recommend and it's not too busy so you get served right away. Crispy fries and creamy mashed potatoes what more could you ask for.

We have frequented this restaurant many times. Aside from a disappointing shrimp cocktail some time ago, we have always enjoyed everything on the menu. Our server yesterday, Dawn, was exceptional as was the food. We enjoy a black Russian with a meal and they make a good one. Our food was delicious and very reasonably priced. I wish it was busier to prove the quality of the establishment...people are throwing away their hard earned cash on much lesser meal experiences. Great place. Love it.

There are 9 to 12 options on the AYCE buffet. We got there at 12:30. The deep fried stuff was already old and greasy. I'm not a huge fan of Chinese buffets but it was just ok. I wouldn't go again. My husband loved it though, But he likes deep fried stuff.
