We waited 20 minutes at the bar and the bartender ignored us. There were only two others at the bar. They were ignored too. Got seated and waited 2 hours for a chef while all others that came after us were waited on first. This was the highest priced place we’ve been and the worst service ever. Very unorganized!

They served us moldy tomatoes in our take out food. When we called for a refund and to return the food, we were told that there was “nothing they could do until [their] boss came in.” They also stated they wanted us to wait until that time (roughly 3 hours from the time of order), were unwilling to call management until we insisted, and refused to issue a refund. Absolutely disgusting food and awful service.

I come here every year for my birthday for the past 9 years or so, I gotta say this is the best restaurant in Muskegon. The food is absolutely top tier and watching the hibachi is so fun! Love this place!!!
