Upon being seated our waiter was friendly and we were promptly given menus and water carafes. Our appetizer order was taken and brought out in a timely manner. The appetizers were brought out by a member of the kitchen staff. It wasn't until out appetizers were almost finished that our waiter came to take our meal order. Prior to that we had to take our water carafes to the bar to have them refilled. The appetizers were great, as were the smash burgers. However, the perch sandwich had more of a "fishy" taste than you would typically expect from perch and it was rubbery. We also ordered the chicken fajitas. There were served with 3 small tortillas with a plate of vegetable that had five slivers of chicken on them. For the price one would expect more meat. Right after our food came out we asked our waiter to refill the water carafes and other beverages. He brought out fresh carafes and drinks, but didn't bother to clear the empty ones or any of the appetizer dishes or menus from the table. After that we did not see him again until he brought out the bill. In all we ended up being at our table for two hours from the time we were seated until our waiter returned with our credit card and receipt. This seemed excessive for a party of five in a restaurant that only had four to five other tables and two additional servers. We do believe that our waiter may have also been taking care of a private party in another area. If this was the case maybe our table should have been assigned to another server.

They can’t cook a steak if life was dependent upon it. We let them try to cook us a steak 3 times last night and took over an hour and a half for them to try and fail. The loaded potatoes they serve are so cold and coagulated they were unappetizing to the eye let alone to put in my mouth. The chefs choice of vegetable is always a summer squash zucchini medley- why? Even the truffle fries weren’t good. I’m not sure what is good here and normally don’t post such negative comments, however; I wouldn’t want another person to go through what my husband and I did going there and leaving so hungry.

Great View, Great service, Great food. Enjoyed the happy hour and our server Cody was awesome. Always a great experience. Best Ahi Tuna steak in Muskegon. Way better then at Bear Lake Tavern by far.

We enjoyed the Thanksgiving day buffet. The food was very good. The staff was amazing. There was a problem with our reservation and they had us at a table that wouldn't hold 4 adults. The manager (Patrick)and server (Mikayla) found us a new table and made the whole experience really enjoyable. I highly recommend coming here for any holiday buffet. The view of the golf course was great!
