Staff was very kind. I guess it’s my bad for stopping for something quick 30 mins before close on the 24th…but I’m glad I saw this and didn’t eat it.

I pulled up to the drive thru mentioned that the last three or four times that I ordered clams they were really over cooked. So, I tried to ask nicely to have them done to a light brown or definitely not over cooked. When the lady passed me the bag and I went to look at them the lady closed the window and it was apparent she was trying to ignore me. I called nonamswer, i went back through drive thru and I never heard her voice answer me. I do not think I will return to this location again. Poor service and customer satisfaction. Sad to see a good business loose customers. Me for one.

5/ 21/23 Inside lobby was closed at approx 5 p m so we drove up to the window and found a plus size woman fast asleep , we watched her sleep for a few minutes , did not want to disturb her hoping she would hear our car and wake on her own . After approx 5 minutes we honked the horn and she was totally startled and angrily opened the window and said what do you want . We asked several questions about the place being closed inside quite often often and when would it be open again for inside dinning. She told us it probably won't be open tomorrow either and she did not think all next week either for inside dinning . When we drove away she laid her head back down . This woman was very upset and rude that we woke her up . Several people went to the door to only find it was locked .this happened twice . Ordered the family meal and with the fish and chicken. Brought home to eat and everything tasted the same. Couldn’t tell what was fish or what was chicken. Need to change the grease out more often and not cook the chicken/fish in the same oil. Something was off. Definitely won’t be going back to the Muskegon location.

It’s been weeks trying to get someone to resolve the bad food and bad service at this location. Spent $60 on food and service for my 3 forests and I and it wasn’t worth it. How can it take weeks to resolve this? To get a call or response?
