I ordered through the app for delivery.. Fries we're cold(I live exactly 6 minutes away) cookies we're not freshly baked like advertised, they we're rock hard, my 1/4 pounder was dripping with ketchup. Never again.

Never Ever Again. Dreadful, Dreadful experience....When I first arrived, they had the nerve and audacity to greet me with a "Hello". REALLY?! You want my first impression to be a pleasant one? What is wrong is with you people?And then to top that off, they fricking served EXACTLY what I ordered. UNREAL. What kind of place does that?

Stopped by the drive thru on my lunch break. Girl who took my order was pleasant and got my order correct. The girl who took my money was not. She had the personality of a toad. She didn't say a word. Even after I said thank you when she handed back my card. Instead she shut the window. Just not a person who should be interacting with customers. The person at the 2nd window was nice. Other than the toad girl at the first window it was OK.

Although I dislike providing poor reviews, I will offer this with the hope that it will lead to substantive improvement. For the last three years, my wife and I have lived down the street from this particular McDonald's and have stopped in numerous times. The overwhelming majority of these visits have been disappointing. Whether it was missing food, incorrect orders, unacceptable waiting times in the drive-through and inside, difficulty with attempting to resolve issues, disrespectful staff when attempting to resolve issues, or lack of response when grievances were expressed, the impression of disappointment is deep.Leaders set the culture one way or another, so I humbly offer this review with the hope that the leadership of this McDonald's will give the necessary time and energy to cultivate a new culture of excellence. Cosmetic or property improvements are great, but the most significant renovation needed is below the surface.

I wish I could rate it zero stars if I could. I was in the drive thru and had my backseat window down so my dog could get some air and the retarted coworker REACHED INTO THE CAR TO PET MY DOG.I don't care if you have treats or like dogs. It's wrong on so many levels because you didn't ask and you aren't entitled to petting another persons dog. I will never go back to this location.
