very friendly staff this morning and I am so happy the sugar free French vanilla iced coffee was available to start my day.Parking: bummer when people entering the drive thru block traffic from leaving, so best to enter from back (from Meijer parking lot) and park on side by pick up windows (facing Harvey Street) or front of the lot (facing Sternberg). Curbside pick up spots are also located on the side by pick up window.

I asked to have my sandwich cut in half because I cannot eat a whole sandwich at once and I prefer to save half for later (bariatric patient). They accepted my request but failed to fulfill it. I sent an email to notify management about the mistake but he said it is their policy to not cut a sandwich if requested. But they don't say anything about that when you place the order. I also requested my hash browns to be well done and they were not. They took it straight from the rack and put in my bag. There was an issue with ever item I ordered. Poor customer service.Dietary restrictions: They were out of sugar free vanilla for the coffee.

One of my worst experiences trying to order food at 7 pm in drive thru was told I could only order 7 Mcdoubles 1 less than I was trying to order. Went in got my 8 sandwiches but another customer came in from drive thru. Whom order a chicken sandwich which had no chicken on it. Get it together McDonald's.
The drive thru are rude people. They are suppose to open at 6:00 am. They never are open on time. The pop is watered down. It tastes different than the rest of the McDonalds in town. We avoid it most of the time. Went to drive thru this morn at 6:30 am. Workerwbinaide but no one came to speaker. They could have at least said sorry we are not open yet or something.

This is the best McDonald's I've been to in recent years. I have ordered here about a dozen times, and they have never gotten it wrong. The staff are always so kind! It's clean. It's updated. Just a solid experience!
